Had the pot pie. Not the first time I have had them. Every time I get one it always taste completely different. Don't know how or why but it's good. Found a pretty good sized on in the chicken. This was the first time for that.

Our chicken was undercooked. I understand. It can happen. I took a breast & thigh from our bucket that wasn't even the right color for original recipe. Over 50 years I've been eating KFC and the lady I asked if she would consider replacing them 2 pieces & showed her the inside she called me a liar & wanted to argue about it. Well that's not my forte so I let her watch me throw them 2 pieces in the trash. My wife started eating a 3 rd piece & center was not fully cooked, she took it up this time to get called a liar again. So we just threw it all in the trash & walked out. Let's be clear, I don't care about the chicken or the meal. The 1 star was for her being so rude to us both. There will be no more of our dollars going to this establishment. Ever.P.S. then we went to Culver's for dinner & their service was nothing short of spectacular!

Very Disappointing, Took a half hour to get our order. And while waiting I observed an employee eating somthing while fixing a customer's order, and when we got home we seen were short two pieces of chicken.

Came in to eat dinner restaurant was filthy! The cashier angel was cussing on her cell phone because someone hacked her Facebook and was to busy worried about that then taking orders and watching her ps and qs! Definitely will not come back again!

If i could give this place a zero star I would. I was treated terribly and rushed out of the restaurant. I was not told that our food was going to be carry out or i would have left. The last person in my group got a tray and when you get a tray you are suposed to sit down and enjoy your food not be rushed. Colonel sanders would not be very happy with the way that the manager treated us. He was a better man. He knew respect.
Typical Modern KFC, I do not really like KFC since they changed over many years ago, but this one was OK, the food was OK, the staff was nice, slow but nice and the place was clean

They had the air turned down so low that most everyone that came in went outside to eat. When you did go out the door locked behind you and had to walk around the building to get back in. When the counter people were ask about the temp of the dining room their response was, It is like a 100 degrees in the back so we have to keep it that way. They are being paid to be there and I'm not, and probably will never go back again.
