Completely ruined my order, made items they got right incorrectly(missing vital ingredients), added items from the order behind me and tacked on that price, then didn't give a receipt so they could hide the costs. The franchise owners need to come clean house on this one.

The food was fine but the service is terrible. I went through the drive thru, and I wanted to pay for the car in front of me. I get to the window and I literally get yelled at by the manager because the employee at the window got confused. I’m not upset with the employee, I understand that people get confused, maybe she is new… I don’t know. But for the manager to yell at the employee in front of a customer (me) and then open the window and yell at me, that’s not ok at all. I was just wanting to do something nice for someone, and I didn’t deserve to be yelled at like that. And people pay for strangers food all the time, so I really don’t understand how that was so confusing.
Service was lacking. Took 30 minutes to take my order and get my food. I was the only customer inside.

Make sure you check your quesadilla. Ordered a steak quesadilla and it was burned. Yes they were extremely busy and they had their hands full with other customers so I didn't really want to complain. Everything else was great and they did what they could during a rush. Just make sure you're keeping and eye onhow long the food is being grilled

It's normally slow. But, the past couple of times, it has been extremely slow. This trip, I saw how long the drive thru line was and decided to go inside. There was no one in line, just one person waiting for their food. There were 5 ppl working. I stood there for 8-10min, before asking if someone could take my order. I was told they would be with me in a minute. Another 5 min went by before my order was taken, not to mention the 7 more min to get my 1 soft shelled taco. I love eating Taco Bell, which is what tempts me to come back each time. But, from now on, I'll be going to the 6th street location.

Was KFC order did n I t have chicken breast over 20, minutes in a drive thru that you cannot change your mind and leave. When I reached the window crew was joking around , forgot one drink. Just poor service won't go back.

I was so happy to Learn that the girl's stuff steak bureau was back. So we went to get one the other night. There was cheese on the outside which was new to me. But hardly any state. The size of the brito had gotten smaller by about half and ships were added to it while guacamole was taken out. All at all I was so disappointed.
