We ordered a cheese burger well done. When it came out, it was pink in the middle. The bartender took it back, and they made us one the way we ordered it. Well done.She gave us a discount for the mistake the kitchen made. She didn't have to do that, but she did.

Dropping the check 5 minutes after we get our food is rude. Having to stop the server for every drink refill is also something that makes me want to never visit again. Maybe I should lower my expectations even more the next time I visit.

Went here for my friend’s 27th birthday and everyone was super nice and friendly and they even got her a free brownie and ice cream for her birthday.
Wife and I went for dinner in a Saturday evening. Restaurant was fairly busy with customers. Everyone was great and we were seated fairly quickly after arrival. Our server, Vivian, took our drink order and food order in a timely manner. She was very friendly and helpful. Our food was great, and served nice and hot. Everyone was great and did a great job with the customers that were there.

Service sucks. Taken my wife and kids there only for them to get them milk with maybe a drop of chocolate syrup. I mean I would not complain about this sort of thing cuz it’s silly, but i mean come on. How d*mn cheap are you on the kids?Then they forgot my wife and I’s drink until the food had gotten there.

Applebee's always reminds me of a strange attic - stuffed with odd junk and wooden tables that look like they belong in an 80s era 'Long John Silvers' - but I loved the staff, and the suggestion of the mac and peppered chicken strips was dead on. A nice lunch over all.
