Went to dine-in around 9pm on 04/12/24. Showed us the table but no one ever attended our table to get our drinks too. Lucky for us. Decided to leave after 30 minutes after seeing the male server at the booth area slipping his fingers inside other customers drinks. Stay away! I wish I read the previous reviews earlier!

We were taken to our seats by the host who then brought us our drinks and said a server would be with us shortly to take our order. No one came to take our order or even check on us. We ended up just walking out and no one even said anything to us on the way out either. I have already filled out the form on their website as well. Considering this was our first time there, we will probably not go there again.

Waited at the door 15 minutes. Place was not busy at all. Overstaffed , employees continued to walk right past us.Food was served cold. Ordered 12 wings , buffallo chicken tots. And a kids meal. Not good at allWe then had to wait nearly 30 minutes after eating to get a check. Which we never got finally went up to the register. The place was dead. No reason or excuse for the bad food or service.

They disconnect the phone most of the times. I hardly get the correct order and always have to wait there for 15 Mins even after placing an order 45 Mins before.The people at the cash register and taking orders need some training. Service has bad since few months.

I made the huge mistake of ordering lunch with their BOGO order on Tuesday. Luke warm, obviously cooked a while ago, and of course sick all day and night. It'll be a long time before I visit any BWW again.

I would just not rate the food if I could since I haven't gotten it yet. Had to go to the bar to get drinks from the courteous bartender after it took our "server" 45 minutes to even put them in. The host, other servers, and managers all seem fine. It is our server that is awful by every conceivable measure of service. Y'all need a higher standard for releasing people as servers. Our server seemed highly untrained, disinterested, and started avoiding us after she realized we were still waiting. Worst experience I've ever had at a bdubbs. Pitiful.
