I almost want to print out an award to give them because they fail at this 100% of the time.I stopped going here over a year ago because I would ask for sauces, butter, honey when ordering and also ask again at the window yet I would never get them. My daughter was craving KFC chicken and biscuits so we stopped. I asked for butter and honey at the window, he said it was in the bag. I saw the BBQ sauce we asked for but didnt dig through the bag while in my car to confirm butter and honey. Sure enough, there was no butter or honey in the bag. The biscuit ended up in the trash.

The food here is gross to put it nicely. Went to grab some lunch and I seriously just threw away the food and stopped somewhere else to get food. Do not go here. Nothing is as advertised. I have hard time believing their “chicken” is legitimate. Absolutely not even in the same planet as Chik Fil A. I will never ever go

Picked up an online deal they forgot the large fries, called them and they said id get my next one free but then looking at the chicken it was small, over done and seriously pathetic looking. The tag on the bag says double checked and still they thought that looked ok? Even the tenders are almost half the size they normally are. Not normally this harsh on places but come on seriously ?

I'd like to make this establishment what it used to be, I worked there for 15 years ... And there are reasons for the time spent !.. , but also knowledge of how to make this business boom!! ...If you miss the old KFC and want me back or at least want me to get it up to par.. then .. do what you gotta do and stress it hardcore . Because Popeyes chicken sucks!.. I /we miss k.f.c.!

They actually asked if we wanted original or crispy. We said original. It came out looking like well done extra crispy. So crispy it just crumbled. Asked about it and was told its been that way for a couple of months. Said it was the fryers. It was the same last time I went there. Does not taste like the KFC I have enjoyed for years. Probably won't be back.
