45 minutes from placing the order in the drive thru to receiving it. They closed out the order prematurely (so the computer doesn't show the real time frame to upper management) and had to ask for our receipt to know what food to give us. They forgot a burger. We had to go inside to get it. Food was cold, made wrong and employees just made excuses. Including someone telling us they were working off the clock to help the other employees. Disappointed to say the least. Owner needs to take a closer look at what is really going on inside this location.

The employees at this McDonald's are very slow about getting your orders out. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is your food usually cold so I would really probably not recommend stopping here.
There was a guy waiting for his food but didn't pull up far enough he was frustrating lol I went through drive thru service was awesome my friend went I side and it took like 16 min for her to get a double cheeseburger! I thought damn with is taking so
