I would normally rate this 5 stars, but this place was very dirty today. No tables were clean, the floor was disgusting, some of the salsa on the side looked very old, and the drink machine was filthy. It was a complete ghost town inside with about 3 or 4 teenagers running the place, all standing in the back kitchen talking. No one was at the counter to greet us and start our order when we approached. It took about 2 min for them to realize they had costumers. No one made the white queso for the day and had it in the warmer, and for me, that's what makes my meal the best. Otherwise, it's disappointing. I asked about it, and they just didn't make it. The adobo chicken was also overcooked and burnt. The teens were nice, but you could tell they needed adult supervision to stay on task. During our eating, they had friends or off duty coworkers coming in to chat and hang out with them. We only saw one of the workers finally come out and start wiping and cleaning the tables off. Overall, very very disappointed in this experience there. ?

Placing order on doordash didn’t work, because they didn’t tell us that they were cash only, even when we called in to the store. the food is good though.

The last several times I’ve ordered online, both on their site for pickup and through DoorDash, my order has been wrong or missing items. Food quality is good, but unless you go in to order your food and actually watch them make it, there is a good chance something will be missing or wrong.

Overall, sure. They're food is ok. What wasn't ok was only recieveing part of my order, and what was in the bag being thrown into it half wrapped and leaking. And then calling the place only to have the manager on duty tell me there was a possibility I wouldn't get a refund on the order because it was a "mobile order". I told him multiple times it wasn't placed over their mobile app or through doordash, I placed it directly through their website. All in all the entire customer service experience was very rude. Eat here at the risk of getting only part of your food.

Five stars BUT they didn’t tell us they were out of cookies when we ordered kid meals until we paid for them. Other than that our experience was good! Large portions and good. Will be back!

No reason to stop here for food anymore . They don’t have pulled pork anymore. For some irrational reason they removed it from menu. All other kinds of meet are or extremely expensive (it’s better to go to restaurant and eat) or tasteless.

I will preface this by saying that Fort Wayne's Salsa Grille has ruined any other of these build your own bowl, burrito, nachos type of places for me for all eternity. That are simply the best and everything is made fresh and the portions are huge. But this isn't about them. This is about Moe's and Moe's is average. It's like if Taco Bell and Chipotle had a baby. I ordered online and picked up my food, there was only one other person when I went in. I grabbed my food and left so can't speak on service interactions. The food is definitely lacking a freshness. It wasn't terrible but I had hoped for better. Thankfully it wasn't too badly priced, around $11 for my nachos which had a decent filling portion and a bag of chips which seemed generously sized to me.The salsa was terrible thoughWatery and flavorless. This was my first time trying Moe's. Don't really see myself returning.

IDK what's going on lately, but this went from my favorite place in town for lunch to a place I probably won't go anymore. It's just bad recently. Smaller portions, food isn't as good, chips taste like they're SMOTHERED in salt (and you only get like 9 anyway so that's fun). This is an update to a previous 5 star, glowing review. But I can't anymore.

I am so tired of driving all the way home and opening my bag to find only a dozen or so chips after paying nearly $10.00 for queso.Recent trip, I decided to drive back to the store for more chips. I could have just gone to the convenience store near me instead and bought some. But I already spent $20 on a burrito and queso, so you can certainly bet YOU will be making it right. When I went back, the boys were very nice and accommodating by giving me a new bag with more chips and looked at my old bag and threw it away and said “the old ones looked bad and greasy anyway”, and proceeded to throw the old bag away. While grateful for them making it right, why is it SO HARD to just make it right when I’m at the store the first time? Why frustrate your customers over smaller portions?Prices have been raised but portions seem to be getting smaller. That’s not how that works lol.

I was hoping we would get a Chipotle in town, but then Moe's opened. I was happy since it has a similar business model of creating your own burrito or bowl!! I have been here about a dozen times; the food and service was acceptable those times. Sadly, our recent visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. First of all, there was not a single adult working there - all teenagers. Fortunately, the girl who helped us was good at her job. But we did have a couple of problems.First, my dining companion ordered the "Home wrecker" bowl - it was more like a "wallet wrecker". She ended up with 1/2 bowl of food (i wish i had taken a picture) that was definitely NOT worth $10. Secondly, the pop dispenser that boasts dozens of flavors was completely out of all diet pop. She decided to get sweet tea, but it was not sweet at all. I went to the register to get a refund of the $3 drink, and the girl had no idea how to issue a refund. There was not a manager in the whole place!! She called someone who walked her through the refund process (which is why they get a 2nd star in my review)Lastly, the place was DIRTY!! Tables had not been cleaned off even though an employee had been in and out of the dining area multiple times. No one cared to clear off or wipe off the tables. VERY POOR training! Fortunately, we found a table that was not too bad - a wipe of a napkin on the tabletop was sufficient.MANAGEMENT DOES NOT EXIST HERE. The kids are left on their own to run the place without an adult manager to guide them, and it shows!!

Catering, They claimed they were only 3 minutes late , but it doesn’t matter I payed for you guys to be there at 5 and it took us 40 minutes actually get up there for our food. And I went to restaurant to talk about getting some of my money back not all but some but I was meant by hostility and rudeness from the manager and district manager. I WILL NEVER use you guys again, it was my wedding for goodness sake.
