The food was great. The house made Caesar dressing was top notch. The Burger was cooked perfectly. And the mushroom app was a great starter. They were short staffed and the wait for drinks, order and food were terrible. It was not our waitress fault she was also bartendering. Thier was no managment to be seen.

Fantastic place! Our waitress was wonderful. The gourmet burgers, beer, and wine were delicious! This is a place we will definitely be dinning at again. Keep up the Great Work!

This is probably the 20th+ time I've been to Oak and Alley... I have been going there since their previous building. Food: Our burgers were good per usual. Cooked medium, juicy and great flavor. In times past the burger I would order may have arugula or some other green and it would be stacked on the burger. Tonight two pieces of arugula and two mushrooms. Sweet potato fries were always fried in peanut oil, they aren't anymore and the oil was too hot drying them out. In times past they were seasoned with a sea salt and pepper mixture. Tonight zero seasoning. Service: We were told 20 minute wait which was fine. We waited 30 which is not a big deal. The issues... we could see 8 empty tables from the entry door. They also had a couple come in 40 minutes before their reservation and they sat them before us. Our server did fine. The restaurant was so cold everyone kept their winter coats on to eat. People were shivering and sitting on their hands trying to stay warm. This also caused everyone's food to get cold faster than normal. I hope your visit is better than ours.

Visiting family in the area. First place we went to was closing early (6pm) due to lack of staff. Decided to give Oak and Alley a try. We were not disappointed! Great burgers and sides!! Will definitely be back.

The burgers are always amazing here. The sweet potato fries form a perfect accompaniment to the burger. When in doubt, the Traveler never disappoints.Vegetarian options: Any burger can be served with a vegetarian patty. It may be a black bean style patty.

Food was delicious. All four of our burgers where delicious Service was subpar. the server couldn't answer any questions from the menu. Got our food, no problem, but never did she check back in on us. Had to go to the bar for condiments and order another drink, which seemed to be an inconvenience for him. Asked about dessert, she didn't know the seasonal cheesecake flavor, nor did she come back with an answer. Very unwelcoming feeling.

Great place for a casual lunch or dinner, but with high-quality food and a selectively curated menu.Must love burgers, but there are vegetarian options and tenderloin options for those who prefer non-beef patty options.Highly recommend the PB&J Sweet Potato fries. They are excellent! A large order will easily feed 4 people.The Spicy Cheese Curds with Curry Ketchup were also amazing, and I'll definitely be ordering those again.I recommend going family style on the sides with everyone ordering their own burger or salad entree. It will keep the cost a little lower, and you'll definitely want to share!

Food was very good. I had the Republic burger, which had BBQ, bacon, Avocado and carmalized onions..they were out of carmalized onions and gave me some red onions on the side. The pb and j sweet potato fries sounded weird bit tasted great! Highly recommend for food and service. 3 stars for atmosphere because the room temperature was warm. Not crazy hot but definitely not a comfortable temp. Out waitress was great and told us she had asked earlier if there is anything they can do because it has been like this for some time.
Vegan food is optional, not a very large Portion or Stout selection, they are a nice placeVegetarian options: They have Impossible Burger
