This is a unique experience but the experience is awesome. The food is great! My two favorites are the Korean chicken wings and the dumplings. I've had almost everything on there menu and all of their entries are amazing!

What an experience! On a whim a friend and I wanted to try this restaurant. I read on the website that the entrance is through Anthology whiskey room, which in itself, is amazing. I had called about 40 minutes ahead to make sure we could walk in with our party of 2 at 8 pm. We were directed to the restaurant in the basement and seated immediately. I thought the decor was simple and achieved the almosphere they were going for. I ordered the eggs as an appetizer and they were heavenly. For entrees, we ordered the spicy salmon rice bowl and tonkatsu ramen. For dessert, we shared the lemon matcha cake and sticky toffee pudding cake. For my drink, I ordered a gin and tonic. The entrees were what I expected but the dessert was absolutely delicious and home made. I would absolutely revisit. Drawbacks: Not handicap accessible. Not a place for children. Not your typical sushi menu; it is limited and does not have rolls. It consisted of some appetizers, ramen, rice bowls, nigir/sashimi.

Unique...let's start there. The dining room is is in the basement of an older set of buildings in downtown Warsaw. It's a little on the dark side with no windows and exposed brick...also feels a little cramped. But.... I grew up with late 80s rap music and absolutely was digging the play list! I disagree with some of the volume comments and could still carry on a conversation with my wife withe ease. In addition, the food was impressive and I thought the prices were in line for a higher quality meal. There is a link on the on-line menu that takes you to the speak-easy vibe bar upstairs. The whiskey menu is overwhelming on a positive note. It allowed me the opportunity to sample some rarer whiskies that you typically don't find in northern Indiana. This is the kind of place where you walk in, have an excellent meal and walk out saying to yourself I love this place or I don't. There is is no middle ground. For me, will definitely return...

The venue has the makings of a speak easy. With some investment it could be cool. But it's not there yet. The food was good but options were limited and I would have expected more sushi options. The overhead music didn't fit the vibe if the restaurant. 80/90s rap. When we asked to change it we were told "the owner likes it." Not sure we'll be back given there are other options for sushi with a better atmosphere in town.

The food and drinks were wonderful. Service was lacking at times. But what really ruined the experience was the music. The genre did not compliment the atmosphere, was too loud and really distracted from all the positives.

Outstanding atmosphere, Outstanding service, outstanding food. Needs a picture menu with explanation of food items and change the music to something more appropriate for a Japanese restaurant. Say's the old man.Parking: Saturday evening everyone was out for a good time in the city. So the downtime parking was full no handicap available walked two blocks. But it was worth it.

This is a very unique place. The setting is in a basement and it is not the nicest place but is kind of fun. The food was good and the drinks were ok. It is not my personal favorite but it definitely has a place in Warsaw.

We love coming here. Service is always great. Food is incredible. Went with ramen the first few times but the sushi bowls are my go to now. We have never had a bad experience here and come in pretty often.

It has a major conflict of identity. Whiskey bar-Japanese food and LOUD rap music, like night club loud. Those things don't mix. Owner is in the kitchen while the inmates run the asylum. Wait staff is rude and ask for a good whiskey. 20 minutes and they don't have it. Layout is terrible. Walk down a dank hallway and around an open old storefront to go downstairs to the restaurant. It's 90% American and European whiskey. The whole thing was dumb.

We had reservations and when we walked down to the restaurant we had to ask to be seated. This wasn’t our first time here but we had forgotten how loud the music was. With my husband losing his hearing in one ear, we couldn’t even talk to each other. We waited 12 minutes and no one ever asked us for water or anything. We ended up walking out and saw 4 staff standing at the counter. Very disappointed and won’t be back even though their food is good.
