Very slow getting a seat, tho very few customers, no one at reception desk. Burger was over-cooked, asked for medium. Side salad delivered after my burger. Had to request burger condiments twice. Had to wait for a keg change to get a beer. Waitress was very slow to react to needs. Ridiculous.Dietary restrictions: Few, if any, diabetic needs.Recommend nothing, everything over-priced and overcooked. Salad bar is ridiculously over priced.

This is ALL on the cook & manager. Our waitress Addisn C was AMAZING!!! Loaded potato skins - tasteless & over cooked, food warm/cold. Sent back food. Waitress said “the manager said she can take off one of the dishes or you can have a free dessert”. Took a dish off. They DO NOT serve Alaskan Pollock fish like it says in the menu, it’s processed fish. The sweet tea is NOT Gold Peak like the menu says. Needless to say this is the last time we will be eating at Ruby Tuesdays in Warsaw.
Was a little disappointed. With only 3 tables full, we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. I finally just went to the salad bar (which looked like a hog wollar) and started making a salad. Service was equally as slow.This used to be a great place to eat, but I'll likely not go back anytime soon. Such a shame.
