For the last month I have had to order on the mobile app with large amounts of extra time just so my husband and I can get to work on time. Today we were already 13 minutes past the estimated pick up time and they only had 1 of my 2 drinks ready when they weren't even that busy. No new orders from lobby customers while I was inside waiting and the drive thru line wasn't long at all, maybe 4 cars total. I had to abandon my drink, and his which was half ready, so I could get him to work on time.I understand times vary based on number of baristas and other customers but this is getting ridiculous, especially with how much the coffee costs.

Garbage can overflowing. Napkins everywhere. A huge line of cars backed up into the next parking lot. We did mobile ordering, and after 20 minutes of waiting, my sister went up and asked the girl where our drinks were. Walk-in customers who came in after us had already gotten their orders and had left. Only once we asked did the barista look at the mobile ordering tags just then and pulled them off the station. She told us they had been backed up, then she did them right away.The caramel brulee latte was good, but the plain almond milk latte was not good and the coffee tasted like it had been burnt. Not a great location. Very disappointed, considering how much we pay for a coffee at Starbucks. Something needs to change at this Starbucks.My sisters are thinking of calling the customer service line tomorrow. That's how not impressed everyone was.
Great service, all of the baristas efficient and kind. The bathrooms and lobby are clean... Only gripe is that the music here is always blaring, making it difficult to work or study when dining in... even with headphones.
