This subway is the best, I switched from Jimmy John’s, because they have steak! And I can order over the phone if it’s a single sandwich and pick it up on my quick lunch break. Great customer service!

The cold cut combo has pre packed meats ,the 6in supposed to get one package, the 12in two . I ordered a 12in cold cut combo, the first girl cut the bread open and put one package in ,then said it didn't look like there was enough meat to the worker next in the line for vegetables, she told the first girl it was right. I thought something wasn't right and when I got home I realized I had not got the correct amount of meat on the 12in cold cut combo. The manager or owner of this establishment needs to train the workers better if they want me to come back to this location Subway next to Gabes in Warsaw

Won’t take the coupon they sent me in the mail when I try to order online. I live less than two miles away. Already had picked out everything I wanted in app and wasn’t warned until then end this location won’t accept. Not like I was trying to use out of town. Why did you send me in the mail i I can’t use false advertising. No warsaw locations will accept.Update - changed to 3 stars instead of one. Coupons worked in store but app issues seas still very annoying.

Went in there in the morning & the staff greeted me as I walked in. I ended up having to order 4 sandwiches unexpectedly, but the manager was very patient with me & my child which I greatly appreciated!!

Everyone beware Bridgett the manager is dishonest. When I asked her about getting a refund for an order that was missing half the sandwich I was told to request it through the subway app. When I tried and could not find the refund option I called Subway corporate only to be told that the store is the only people that can give a refund. Jody only made half of my sandwich and refused to refund me for the half she did not make. I called Bridgett the manager and was told that since I ordered through the Subway app they were the only ones that could give me a refund. I called corporate who informed me that the Resturaunt was the only ones that could do the refund. Bridgette lied to me. I would avoid this location. Warsaw has three other Subway locations go there.

Place is disgusting. Flys were over the food i told the manager she just looked at me and said what vegetables would you like. Another lady tossed the mayo across the room and it hit the floor. Ill never go back.

I go in there about a half hour before they close and for whatever reason the toaster is shut off and can’t be turned back on? Plus it didn’t help that the girl had a terrible attitude and made it seemed she didn’t want to help at all.
