Waited for our simple order for about 40 mins. Ordered from inside because the drive-through line was ridiculously long. That was a mistake - drive-through was faster. Had to ask about the order because we never received the receipt that was supposed to be sent via text message and c'mon, 40 mins for fast food? Was told first that there was no order for us (even though the money had already been pulled from our bank account) - then someone finally checked in the back and amazingly we were the next order. Staff wasn't friendly - clearly understaffed and stressed, but a good manager would alleviate the customers' concerns without us having to ask.

I am sitting in here with my children while 4 Taco Bell employees are yelling at an elderly woman who came in to ask to have her order corrected because she didn’t get what she wanted. This has been extremely inappropriate. I’m beyond shocked at what I witnessed. The employee yelling and arguing mostly, his name is Jeremy.

the power menu bowl has really gone downhill. Alot less chicken than a year ago. And once again my issue is they don't cover the rice and it is like gravel in your food. I had to be very careful not to break a tooth on it today.

I wouldn't normally review a fast food location, as I definitely don't expect much. But, this specific location is particularly bad. They often give old chips that are inedible (chewy and bendy), recently we also got rock hard chicken. We had to pull out all of the chicken from the power bowls we ordered because it wasn't edible in the slightest. Still, I tend to just deal with things. But a few days ago (Feb 18th) was the final straw when I pulled plastic, literal trash, out of my mouth that had come from one of their burritos. A lot of people would make a big stink about this, I simply just want it known that the standards at this particular location are disgustingly low or more accurately, non existent.

It is incredibly ridiculous that they can’t give you 3 mobile orders at the same time. Any other fast food establishment will do. All they have to do is hand over the bag. If I can see the 3rd order and there is no one behind me it is incredibly ridiculous that they can’t just give it to me. Especially when everyone in Warsaw knows this Taco Bell is notorious for their incredibly bad drive through service.

1/26/2024 @2330 : 10 minutes to get to the window after ordering, 5 minutes at the window to pay, then 20 minutes to get cold food with a chain of cars before and after me with the same experience - though 2 cars did leave for BK next doorIf this is really what passes for fast food on a Friday night these days, then it is time to restock the freezer
