Not sure cause but the last two visits took nearly 20 + mins to get food in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead. Forgot straw Friday time and had to ask the second. Special order food was wrong. Staff seemed helpful but very friendly. Food was prepared okay.
Lady working could definitely work on her customer service, and idk if their ice machine was broke, but none of our drinks had ice? If it is broke, it would have been nice to notify us when we ordered.

This was a drive thru experience. Ordered food drove up and waited for about 45-50 minutes. The food was cold and drinks wrong. The person waiting on us did apologize and said it was him and one other person working.
