We get there order our food and then wait for 15 mins waiting on our food we finally get our food sit down start eating and my sandwich it was cold and caked with ketchup and the shift leader at that time was rude and so was another employee… as my experience with fast food the customer is always right and she even said why do I have to make another and other girl goes I don’t know I’m not arguing with a customer! First time there and it was an awful experience!

we went to the Washington location and put an online order in. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes only for them to tell us when we got to the window that we needed to come i side and check in our order. they could never find it and didn't know how to work their online system.The online order told us to contact our local Hardees basically they said they couldn't help us get a refund. zero stars wont be back .
