Vitor's is literally my all time favorite restaurant! I personally eat here about once a week, and it's always a surprise, that goes way beyond my expectations. I get a Chef roulette every time, which is a meal where you give the chef full ability to make what ever the heart desires to cook! (Allergies taking in to account) I'm never let down, and never disappointed, or dissatisfied! Vitor is rated one of the best chefs in the local area too! Everything served fresh, locally sourced, and the menu changes about every 4 weeks, so you don't get tired of that same ole same ole, that all these other spots offer! I've been eating with Chef Vitor's Urban Bistro for over 3 years now! Here's to many more years my friend! At this point we're beyond 5 stars, give this man the diamond stars he deserves!!
I've been to alot of places far and wide. I'd almost consider it a hobby trying new restaurants. This little gem should be put on the map and I'm here for it. Hands down best food I've had at any dinner outing. ?

The sushi was excellent!! Freshness, temperature, texture, aroma, flavor and presentation were all spectacular!! And we're not sushi amateurs...Everything gelled nicely. If you know and appreciate good sushi..look no further! Vitor does it right. The service was warm, personable and right on time...even on a busy Valentine's Day night. Vitor made his rounds twice during our dining experience, talking and connecting with customers. My only complaint...we were full and couldn't eat anymore!! There were so many other things we wanted to try on the menu!Good time, good place, good people.. and REALLY good food!! ?
