Horrible. Service manager in drive through was rude, I waited in line for almost 10 minutes to get to speaker, only to be told it would be another 10 minutes to wait for order. Wanted to order 2/$6 fish, only to be to told they were completely out, maybe tomorrow. Marquee in front had that offer lit up, big posters in the window, no one to come out to people to tell them that so they could depart the line without feeling trapped to get out of it. When I protested to her, she was really snarky about it all.Went back two days later, inside. The man at the register was very nice. Waited almost 20 minutes for thin fish patty sandwich, unevenly cooked, sloppy assembly, sauce everywhere. Clearly short staffed while other nearby restaurants had more staff than they had hours for. Clearly a management issue. It will be a very long time before I visit Arby's again.

Ah yes, Arby's. Premier destination for food? Not quite. But they have some delectable options that, despite their mediocre appearance may shock your taste buds and satisfy your palate. Me? I chose the buffalo sandwich with a side of curly fries. Sure, it wasn't a michelin star experience. But it wasn't junk by any means, neither. I'd bring my grandma here if i could ship her overseas.

ive previously worked at an arbys establishment and i just dont quite understand how you can be so rude and mess up an order(after being asked to fix the order) at the same time.

The floors out in the lobby and restroom were sticky!! They need a good deck scrubbing and mopping. It was very disgusting. The Soda station needed wiped down there was tea or soda every where.

All employees were sitting outside when we pulled up to the intercom. Left the window open at the drive thru and was yelling and cussing while helping us and we were the only ones there. Very disappointed.

First time here and this is all what I got for $20. Plus a bug in my coke. The man there taking my order is rude. I had diarrhea and spent 3 hours in my bathroom after having this meal.
