Stood in line for about 20 mins as I watched the workers wipe down counters instead of taking orders as they watched the line pile up to the other side of the store. When they finally started to take orders, they yelled " Make sure you have your payment option and your rewards QR code ready!!!" very loudly. At this point there were about 30 people waiting in line that they watched pile up. When it was my turn to order they were moving unnecessarily fast slinging food all over the place and stressing customers out to the point where I forgot to ask for 2-3 toppings that I usually get. But, took the time to slowly count out the 8 pieces of steak that they put into my bowl instead of a whole scoop. I had to look the worker in the eyes for them to give me more. If I am paying 15$ for a burrito bowl that probably doesn't even cost that much to make, I better get good portions of meat instead a bowl filled with 75% rice and beans.

I will start by saying I am a regular at this specific chipotle. And this is abnormal and the first time I've dealt with Gabriel Ako as a manager.I was ordering my food (2 bowls) and as I was progressing through the line trying to make sure the guy was keeping the bowls separate as they were different orders there was another customer ordering her bowl. The employee helping her was reaching over my food trying to get her food done before mine. I asked him to let me finish or to stop working on mine. Let them go around and come back to mine. When I asked the employee this question, he said, is there going to be a problem? I said no just asked if you could go around or wait until my order was done. When I said this, he asked if he needed to go get a manager if there was a problem. I said if you want to because I see nothing wrong with my request he proceeds to go get the manager Gabriel. As he was in the back getting the manager, I heard him say there is a guy being in a hole out front. Can you help. Gabriel comes out, takes my food off the serving line and tells me to leave without asking any questions or trying to help sort any possible confusion, this is after I waited for at least 10 minutes in line. His actions are disgusting, unprofessional, and speak to the kind of leadership they have at this location. I will say the guy helping me was great and after the manager kicked me out, he mouth sorry because I think he was just as confused as I was.

Ordered a carne asada bowl and got a bowl with no meat. I went back to ask them about it and they just said "we were out of carne asada, but we have them now. Let me give it to you on the side now." Also quite rude about it too.

I stood number 4 in line for 15 minutes without moving an inch before I left while I watched them make over 10 online orders and ignore the 20 people in line. They moved at the speed of nothing and sang out loud while probably hoping everyone would leave. Service was horrific and typical of college students

Massive puddle on the floor everywhere, out of all the meats and chips. Staff didn't care that they were out of everything. Not to mention all the doors are locked and you can only use the one entrance. Don't recommend going here for any reason. Was disappointed I had to pay for my food, I didn't even want it anymore based on the experience.

Never seen a place that let the customers pile up in line for 10 minutes and just focus on online order. If you prioritize online orders so much, why do I need your in person service and your location. Pointless in investing in a building and not use it as a restaurant.

Didn't have a good third of the toppings. Didn't give nearly enough rice or beans for a filling bowl which costs $12. The seating area is a mess and seems half torn up.

I really was a Chipotle super fan for the longest time. It's filling, affordable, quick, and delicious. I did recently have the worst food poisoning experience of my life after eating there. It's otherwise always been reliable I'd only say to maybe avoid the lettuce.
