This is a good place to satisfy a sweet tooth. Staff aren't always the friendliest. I asked for a lid to for my ice cream cup and it was apparently an inconvenience. Ditto for asking for a napkin--their container was empty and the worker haphazardly threw some into the container and walked away.

False advertising leading to non-accommodation of an allergy. The Silk Chocolate Almondmilk Milkshake reads to have soy milk used instead of cow milk. I ordered this thinking this would be the case and saw the employees use cow milk which I am unable to drink. I asked them why they did this when the sign clearly states the use of non-dairy milk and alerted them of my allergy. Instead of accommodating, they got irritated that they had already halfway made the milkshake and wanted me to still purchase it because of the burden. I am sad that allergies are not taken seriously and am sad that this was the outcome.

The two of us ordered Like It sizes and were charged for Love It sizes. When I brought up the discrepancy, I was stared at by all three employees as if there were a language barrier. Also, the ice cream was minimally "mixed" and amounted to ice cream plus toppings.

Not much different than any other ice cream place. Prices are alright, ice cream is good, service is somewhat fast. No complaints from me. I like to go here after a movie at the landing.

Well the hours posted on their door say they’re open, and the hours posted on the internet say that they’re open, but they’re very much closed….super bummer
The younger dude with blonde hair was super nice and helpful. We are just here for the weekend and beyond happy how polite everyone is here

The young lady working was great. It is Valentines Day and the person working with her left to run errands. She was aline with a line people out the doors, she never got flustered or showed irritation. She was calm and took care of each customer with excellent service. The person who chose to run errands during the work schedule should be embarrassed for treating a team member in such a manner.
