Inconsistent service and quality of food. Doesn't seem to be good supervision over the staff. If you eat in it's frequently dirty and messy. Wait time on drive through is super long usually. I normally love Culver's but this location has issues.

Love stopping here to eat,I like to dine in, the staff is really good and fast at getting the orders out but the one annoying thing is there is some lady that works in here that is always yelling out orders and you can hear her all through the dining room, can you please do something about it, it's frustrating when you're trying to enjoy your dinner and conversate with people and you got somebody yelling in the background,

Culvers is always great. I had the cod sandwich this time. Also had a concrete mixer. I can't wait to go back again.
Many of my friends love Culver's! I enjoy the concrete mixers, but the high prices keep me away most of the time even though the bacon cheeseburger is quite a sight! I personally will go for Town and Gown, The Bryant, AJ's Burgers and Beef, Teays River, or even run across town to Big League for burgers when dropping over ten bucks for a meal. This is why I avoid fast food now, it becomes more expensive and lower quality than most local and regular restaurants. However this new location has a well managed and friendly staff, excellent menu like the others with an easy to use app, and decent rewards program, those concrete mixers! So good! There is plenty of parking, excellent easy to access entry on the main road through West Lafayette, and is close to campus.

My single burger on my butter burger was darn near missing. It even had a hole in it, making it even more meatless. It took 3 bites before I finally got a bite of the burger. This is ridiculous!

Went through the drive through to get a fish sandwich. The lady handed me a water and a sticker and told me I was "good to go". Had I have eaten the sticker, I may have enjoyed my meal more. The fish sandwich was devoid of any and all flavor save for the iceberg lettuce which really found time to shine in an otherwise completely bland experience. If you purchase this sandwich in the future and find yourself, as I did, fearing you may have lost your taste due to some illness, fear not. It truly is that bland. The packaging touted a slogan "Take a picture. It will last longer." But what it should have said was "Take a picture. It will taste better." Had to stop at a gas station on my way from the restaurant and get a bag of snacks just to make sure it was the sandwich and I hadn't lost all ability to taste any food. This is NOT an exaggeration. My friend got the same sandwich and we had identical experiences. It is honestly bizarre how flavorless it manages to be despite having breaded fish, Mayo, and cheese, to the point of almost being worth checking out, like some sort of weird, flavorless, sandwich freak show.Cannot speak to the atmosphere. Thank you.
