The only reason your getting 3 stars is because the kid making the drinks was working hard (the only one I could see actually doing anything) and was nice when he handed me the drink. I'm sitting in here now. Guy with a crutch working the drive thru and a couple girls not wanting to do much. I walked up to the register and the girl just kinda looked at me. I said hi and she said nothing back. I gave her my drink order and asked how the munchkins came. She spouted off 5,10, 15. No prices just amounts. I said ok, just 5 blueberry please. She gives me my total and precedes to walk away to get my 5 like I annoyed her for having to work. I put my card in and she handed me the bag. That was that. Oh well I guess when I said thank you she mumbled welcome. I'm assuming she doesn't really want to be here. I don't like to work either but unfortunately I don't want to be homeless. So greeting and communication go a long way. So while everyone else is standing around the guy making the drinks is busy and he's doing an excellent job. He thanked me and said have a great day. He should get a raise. He's the only one doing anything.

drinks food was fine. went through drive through and all the employees was snickers at the window pointing and the young lady at the windows attitude sucks.very bad experienc. wouldn't recommend going to a place that is disrespectful. rather my food taste like shit rather than getting treated bad.

We get ice tea in the morning sometimes and a breakfast snack. The raspberry infused unsweet iced tea is terrific . Food is good. The atmosphere is just what it is. Once our tea tasted awful and, down the road, we threw them out and wasted $7.

Most of the workers here are sweet, but there’s this one worker who’s so rude. Every time i hear her voice through the intercom i get filled with immediate disappointment. She just seems very stuck up, they also never have a line so she has no reason to have attitude.

I went through the drive thru this morning, & had awful customer service. The drive thru lady told me rudely to, “speak up,” and then when I asked for a water at the window she told me no, because there was one car behind me. I work in the food industry & I know it takes 1 minute to fill a water, a water I wouldn't have forgotten to ask for if she wasn’t rude over the intercom. Looking at another review it seems maybe I am not the only one that’s had a bad experience, which is sad because every other worker has always been kind. Not a great start to my morning.

Every time I come here one of the girls here is a b word. She gives us attitude and is very rude. I don’t even know why it’s not really busy here so there’s literally no need to. The last time we went through the drive thru she practically threw my drink out the window and didn’t even make eye contact or say anything. Like girly it’s really not that deep.

This Dunkin has become my second home on campus. Being from Massachusetts, Dunkin is an escape back to my east coast roots and the treatment I get is immaculate. I have become arguably their most consistent customer, bringing friends along for the journey. Today is Valentine’s Day and I went to get my coffee, like usual, and was greeted with a Valentine’s Day basket. This was unexpected and a true testament to their culture, one that goes the extra mile to satisfy their customer. My college experience would be nothing without Dunkin and I want to say thank you. If you ever find yourself thirsty for some caffeine or a nice breakfast sandwich, there is no other option except here.

Overall, I’ve never had a complaint here. Food is usually pretty good, croissant sandwiches can be a lil toasty sometimes but I don’t mind, tastes good however ? the chorizo wrap also got a nice kick to it. Employees have been mostly awesome, I did have someone recently who simply handed me food I ordered ahead and didn’t say a thing even after saying thank you. Always greet customers and say thank you/you’re welcome! Having worked in food service, no matter if 10 secs or 5 mins make the encounter worthwhile to the customer. Genuinely not mad, just some advice! Keep grinding tho y’all, love this spot!

Recently visited this location and got a sandwich and donut for breakfast. my sandwich tasted disgusting, nothing on it was fresh, and I felt sick to my stomach after I ate it. The donut, which was a double chocolate donut, was drier than the Sahara and hard as a rock. I visited in the morning, and was shocked that my donut was that stale, considering dunkin’ donuts should get fresh donuts shipped in the mornings.

One of my favorite dunkin' locations. The staff are always very kind even when they appear to be very busy, and I appreciate that they never put my donuts in superfluous bags.

Ordered a large pumpkin latte with no ice, they gave me less than half a cup of coffee. It won’t allow me to add a photo but I’m mad disappointed. I come her frequently and order a large coffee with no ice so it last all day without watering down and I got what was probably less than a small coffee for the price of a large.

We get Dunkin here often but lately our orders have been wrong or missing food. We just got vanilla creme donuts but they were filled with custard. Called to let them know and to resolve the issue and were met with an attitude. "I don't know what to tell you, that's not what they're supposed to be filled with." Like, yeah? That's why I'm calling? Hello? We weren't offered a resolution so we emailed Dunkin directly to be refunded. That phone call was actually really funny for my partner and I. It felt like we had called a personal friend who was in a bad mood and not like we called a business to explain an order complication lol. 4 stars because we love the regular employees we get greeted by in the drive thru for pick up. 1 star for the customer service we were met with.

Placed my first order ever, used the app. Got there to pick it up at drive through and the employee was at window with her back to me playing on her phone and didn't know I was there. They didnt have what I ordered so I ask for my money back. She said I had to use the app. I ask how? She didn't know. Other employee didn't either. I ask for a gift card for amount. Couldn't do that, finally credited my card after she said she couldn't.
