The floors were really disgusting and sticky, the noise cancelling pads were missing, the couches are really small and well past there use ability, im pretty sure they don’t clean the place as there was footprints all over the table and we wanted to get food but we didn’t trust it with how the karaoke room looked.

I had to upgrade my review, this place seems to have really went downhill under the new ownership. They have completely different staff, cheaper equipment and I just can not recommend Echo any longer.What happened to all the staff? Did you guys fire literally everyone and hire your own new people? Seems like a huge mistake.

I like the whole kareoke concept they have here, but it might be a bit hard to get songs if you are not Chinese. The systems are all in Chinese so I had hard time navigating through stuff.
The rooms a little small and the drinks selection is a little limited but otherwise good

karaoke system is not "no-chinise-speaker" friendly. Some songs were just worng in name and artist. As they charge by the hour, all videos are extended versions, and you can't fast forward. Some videos lack lyrics. Half of our mics didn't work. Using youtube would be far better and easier to use. Seriously, buy a microphone and use youtube in your living room. Not coming back.
