I’m a terrible person and forgot to leave these folk a tip when I picked up my order tonight! I hope this review will make up for it. Kelsey took our order over the phone and checked us out upon pick up. We were welcomed at the door (as soon as we walked in) with greetings and smiles. Our order was ready and still hot. She made sure we knew we could take paper-ware and cheese/pepper packets. Such friendly service and the pizza itself was delicious! Well balanced toppings, not too much sauce or cheese, and their classic crust is just the right thickness with excellent chewy crust - lightly seasoned as well. Thank you!Parking: There are two free 15 minute short term parking spots around the corner

My friend and I order a pizza from Hotbox to eat while we do homework every Wednesday. Today, we called to ask what cups were available since we like collecting them. The employee who answered (I think his name was Jeremy?) looked through old cups for us and gave us options to choose from. He was very helpful and kind to us. Very appreciated :)) Genuinely, you rock Jeremy(?)!!!!!!!!!

Went inside and ordered a simple pizza and breadsticks. First off there was no ice in the drink machine, as the employees in the store watched us struggle and then complain about it. Then proceeded to wait for 30 minutes to get our food as other people were getting theirs, went to the counter myself and saw they had my pizza sitting on the shelf, a takeout order. Finally after getting someone’s attention I told them, and they didn’t even check it to see if it was still warm or anything. Breadsticks weren’t even ready to your surprise, and the food is cold. Nothing was done about it, I will not be returning to this mid-tier pizza establishment.Parking: Garage is inconvenient somehow
I received and observed exceptional service at HotBox, which was a welcome surprise. The cashier staff member greeted everyone who entered the door with a "Welcome to HotBox" statement. The cashier also took time to explain pizza ingredients to people new to the United States who appeared to have never eaten pizza. The cashier's friendliness and patience was noted. The pizza is good for college town eating. I tried the new thin crust and it was hot and tasty. The takeaway drink cup is reusable, and they commission new designs and colors every so often. HotBox is good for a quick lunch, dinner, or late night pie.

This is the best pizza in Indiana (aside from Pizza King) and definitely the best pizza near Purdue. A little pricey, but if you take advantage of deals like the POTW, it's very reasonably priced. Great menu options, great ingredients. Also, this particular location has a great staff. The management is good, the cashiers are great, and the delivery drivers are phenomenal. Every review I see here complaining about delivery times fails to account for the fact that, DUH, a pizza place in a college town is going to be insanely busy on a Friday/Saturday night!!!! If you order delivery on an off-time, it's super fast. The breadsticks and cheese are also SOOOO good. My favorite pizza here is the Pesto Mambo, but everything is good. If you like pizza, you'll love HotBox.

Don't order online. Use doordash/grub hub or a pizza place that has delivery drivers. I ordered online from this location on a week night and the pizza never showed. I called them after waiting for an hour and a half. They apologized and assured me that i would get my order. They called me 30 minutes later and said that it wasn’t coming. Thankfully they refunded my order, but It was to late to order food anywhere else at this point and so we went without pizza. I would have picked it up if they had been upfront with us, but we went without food and all we got was a refund. Good pizza, just pick it up yourself or order somewhere else.
