The pizza is solid, but the cheese sticks are meh. Why are you adding cheddar to cheese sticks?

Went inside and ordered a simple pizza and breadsticks. First off there was no ice in the drink machine, as the employees in the store watched us struggle and then complain about it. Then proceeded to wait for 30 minutes to get our food as other people were getting theirs, went to the counter myself and saw they had my pizza sitting on the shelf, a takeout order. Finally after getting someone’s attention I told them, and they didn’t even check it to see if it was still warm or anything. Breadsticks weren’t even ready to your surprise, and the food is cold. Nothing was done about it, I will not be returning to this mid-tier pizza establishment.Parking: Garage is inconvenient somehow

This is the best pizza in Indiana (aside from Pizza King) and definitely the best pizza near Purdue. A little pricey, but if you take advantage of deals like the POTW, it's very reasonably priced. Great menu options, great ingredients. Also, this particular location has a great staff. The management is good, the cashiers are great, and the delivery drivers are phenomenal. Every review I see here complaining about delivery times fails to account for the fact that, DUH, a pizza place in a college town is going to be insanely busy on a Friday/Saturday night!!!! If you order delivery on an off-time, it's super fast. The breadsticks and cheese are also SOOOO good. My favorite pizza here is the Pesto Mambo, but everything is good. If you like pizza, you'll love HotBox.

Don't order online. Use doordash/grub hub or a pizza place that has delivery drivers. I ordered online from this location on a week night and the pizza never showed. I called them after waiting for an hour and a half. They apologized and assured me that i would get my order. They called me 30 minutes later and said that it wasn’t coming. Thankfully they refunded my order, but It was to late to order food anywhere else at this point and so we went without pizza. I would have picked it up if they had been upfront with us, but we went without food and all we got was a refund. Good pizza, just pick it up yourself or order somewhere else.

pizza was good but loaded cheestix were just so boof. very clearly made with hatred and carelessness. majority of the cheestix didn’t even have cheese on them. it was basically fried bread that they threw jalapeños and bacon bits on. looked nothing like the online picture. i ordered these for a party and literally nobody liked them so we just threw them out. the cheestix were so extremely boof that they are now an inside joke within my friend group. do better, ya’ll.

Ordered the "Deal". Got a Heavy Veggie with thin crust. The pizza wasn't cooked thoroughly. The dough was stuck to the bottom of the box!! GROSS!! The bread actives was awesome. It was my first time trying this company.. don't think I'll be returning wasn't worth the 50 bucks I paid that's for sure!! Truly Disappointed!!

I’m from Chicago, my husband is a Hoosier, our children know the best of both, my 4 year old is completely obsessed with this pizza, our entire family loves it, but my 4 year old constantly talks about how good dinner was when ever we eat from here!! We absolutely love hot box !!

My family likes hotbox a lot. Best chain pizza place really around. A more handtoss style, not thin like arni's or pizza king. Good value and does a good Jul with toppings. Bread sticks and cheese are great as well.
Great lunch deal! They always have very friendly service and the pizza is delicious. Some of the best bread sticks around - best with nacho cheese!

It's four-star pizza fare at two-star prices. The price has risen beyond reason. The best deal is Pizza Of The Month. Any build your own pie has high per item prices. This franchise location doesn't participate in most of the national Hot Box promotions. Annoying. The pizza is decent, the breadsticks have a satisfying salty crunch, and the wide-mouth plastic cups are a crowd pleaser but the price has risen way out of my value range. Maybe I'm just cheap but $44 for two pizzas and two orders of breadsticks is too much. I even passed on drinks to keep the price low.
