I don’t even know why I bother with this McDonald’s anymore. It takes forever and a half to get food - especially if you go in the evening.I sat at the drivethrough window tonight with the workers inside just messing around for about 15 minutes.Avoid this McDonald’s. They are slow as slow can be.

This location is usually very nice with staff. The staff always are polite and professional. Today a new guy Staff Tom was very disrespectful and prejudiced. We ordered value menu meal and happy meal for my son. He replied rudely to my son that he is going to whatever toys they give.When asking for the sauce for value meal, he kept repeating multiple times that we have to pay for extra sauce in a rude way. Two other staff even said that we need get 3 sauce. He already assumed that we couldn't afford for extra sauce. He also quoting that 10 piece nuggets gets 3 sauces. 4 peice should get 1 sauce. He never asked me during the conversation that whether I wanted more sauce for additional cost. Instead he kept repeating that " you have to pay for it" multiple times assuming that we can't afford. He was looking at colored skin family getting value meal and assumed that we can't afford. I have to point his attitude so that he never repeats his attitude and prejudiced behavior to immigrant or poor people ever again.

Hot fresh food, prompt service - even in the rush hour, good-spirited crew. The way all McD’s should be? There was a wait time on the coveted holiday pie, which was well worth it. Glad they didn’t just say they were out. I appreciate the accommodation.
