This is actually one of the best McDonald’s I have been to. The bathrooms are always clean. The play place is clean. The food is always good, hot and fresh. I love the managers there as well. Have always had a pleasant experience. I go there at least once a month!

So you charge me for extra sauce and I didn't get any sauce! Not the ones that come with the mean or the ones I paid extra for.Also explain to me why I get a drink upcharge on a combo meal that come with a drink!! That's outrageous guys!I am no longer going to any McDonald's.I can't get what I paid for and I'm double charged for the drinks that come with the meal. The fries are never full and this was the final straw...after not getting my sauces, being charged more for a drink that already come with the meal, not getting any sauce at all, my food was COLD!Big corporations always want $$ and charge for small things but never give the consumer what we pay for.I'm done.You've lost another customer.I work in restaurants and it's not that hard to make fresh food and give out condiments. Especially when we are charged for them.

I took after off for atmosphere since one of the employees was listening to an online meeting for training. Come on McDonald's, give her some headphones or a separate room to work! Although, I did learn a fun fact that French fries are the number one item left out of an order by error. ?

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal, a sprite to drink and a sausage burrito through the drive through, it took over 10 minutes to get from the order station before I left the line without even getting to the pay window. This is not fast food, if I want to pay $20 for a meal and wait for service I will just go to a sit down restaurant. I would not recommend this McDonalds as this is definitely not the first poor experience I’ve had this location.

For me, McDonald's cannot ever achieve a perfect score at least until their food is as healthy as they like to claim. Half a day's worth of sodium in a burger and a full day's worth of sugar in a caramel macchiato? Not lovin it! However this location is friendly, positive, serving the orders quickly, makes a solid case for a great experience. Often clean interior too with large area for family and kids. Let's hope the corporate people see the trends consumers want and need. McDonalds won't last long without making more nutritious foods, less processed ingredients, and linking their appeals to health to their actual food.

The customer service here in the early morning hours is terrible, these people are rude, just nasty personalities, there was a manager who served me mine the other morning who was seemingly respectful but when I opened my bag there was only butter, no syrup,jelly, no hash brown, and I just left at that point.. Get it together early morning staff at McDonald's on 26 .. CHEER UP LIFE IS GREAT IF YOU WANT IT TO BE ..

We stopped in here during our road trip from Chicago to Danville KY to let our 3 yr old stretch her feet and run around a bit. The play structure was just what we expected, and the restaurant itself was nice and looked to be well-kept. Our food on the other hand.. The fries tasted 3 days old and our McChickens tasted like the archeologists themselves just uncovered them from the Mesozoic era and threw them on some 2 week old oil. Would still come back if the wife was hungry enough and the child was childing again.

Had to wait 20 minutes just to place an order. People were walking out and going to wendys because they had to wait to long. The only orders being filled at the time were the grubhub orders. We got 2 large sweet ice teas. These things were not sweet. They had no sugar in them what so ever!!!( and yes we got them from the correct tea dispenser) Do Better. No one should have to wait too long for drinks or food.
