I ordered on the self-order machine and it was super easy and quick. My food was served quickly and fresh. Delicious. Had a bottled green tea alongside my meal and that was also delicious. Culture is cute here. A little bit pricey, but I really enjoyed having lunch here. Will come back!

Cool little Chinese food dive that has some much more authentic dishes than the average Chinese food place. I had some language barrier issues when I came in, but the delivery guy translated for me.The food is 100% more interesting and flavorful than Panda next door, but you do have to watch out for some of the dishes that are disagreeable to the American palette.I would also avoid coming by right when they open, as they are still preparing food at that time.Prices are good and the folks working there are very friendly and patient.

Old faithful. They're open late have great food, so I can come in pretty much any time I want and leave satisfied. This spot has been a late night essential for me, especially since there aren't many other places open this late. Also, the prices are very reasonable.

Panda Express should be genuinely worried that this restaurant is next door. Mishi is easily the best deal near Purdue. I usually get the pork belly (usually the top left) and the Sichuan Chicken (usually back-center ish). That is an A+ meal for only 7ish bucks. They also do other weird dishes that are surprisingly good such as pig kidney, tripe, and mapo tofu which are much better than any other place near Purdue. The guy that usually works lunches is also very friendly and awesome despite us not sharing a language. If you are reading this, you are doing a great job!

Have been looking for buns forever! They have them and they are delicious. Got there late, so they were out of steamed buns. The fried ones were very tasty. I think they are bee friendly too ❤

Mishi easily has some of the best food and most affordable I’ve had. The folks working there had such nice hospitality as well, and my overall experience there was great. Definitely a place to eat at if you ever have the chance.

First, I must admit your food taste good with affordable price. But I want to point out that I am worried about the food safety issues. I have been a regular customer for a long time and for quite a few times I found something abnormal out out the rice or/and dishes, sometimes hairs, and most of the times they were small stainless steel wires. They mostly come from the stainless steel scouting pads (pics attached) used for cleaning kitchen utensils. My friends also told that they had such issues for several times. So I want you to pay attention to such issues because they are difficult to be noticed while eating and might cause severe heath problems.

They serve baos, dumplings, noodles and have an option to order 1, 2, or 3 entrees with rice at amazing prices --much better than the Panda Express next door. Additionally the wait time is much shorter than next door as well. I definitely would eat there again. There is only a small seating area inside, but the food and price is unbeatable when it comes to takeout!
