If you order pickup expect to wait TWENTY TO THIRTY minutes from estimated time even though food is ready to be placed in your order etc. Might as well wait in the long lines. This store really needs to improve in servicing those who order ahead. If I could give it zero stars for service I would. Fix this.

The ladies that worked today were very rude. They took forever to greet me as they laugh & talk amongst themselves. Finally after they’re done plating my food, they let it sit there & get cold while 1 girl stood with her arms crossed doing nothing. The other was wiping stuff down while the 3rd one put an order together. I politely asked if I could pay for my food since 2 of them weren’t doing anything. They chose to help the person behind me instead of allowing me to pay for my food. My friends, family & I will not be coming back.

At various times of the day, this location is ridiculously difficult to get through the line. The bad weather makes the entry way really, really gross and the employees are way too overworked to handle the combination of:- the large amount of customers- the Massive amount of both doordash and grubhub deliveries- the upkeep of the store's cleanliness amidst the previous notes

The orange chicken is always so good, I didn't like the Beijing beef however. They charge for water which is unfortunate. The service has never been outstanding but never bad.

Just ordered from here to have it delivered they forgot part of the order. Luckily, I was able to get refunded for that missing part. I will be avoiding this location from now one. Never had a problem with the ones in Lafayette.

Your manager is worthless. Would rather sweep a sidewalk than help a customer who ordered over $100 worth of food. Worst service EVER! He literally made me wait on him to finish sweeping before helping me. Some nice gal had to step up FOR him to assist me. He didn't ask her to, she just saw how embarrassing and unprofessional the manager was being and decided to do the right thing. Management like that represents your business and he gave such a poor impression, honestly, any other establishment would fire him immediately.
