Takes way too long

Don't even bother coming here if you want to get to work on time in the mornings. Always takes over a half an hour to get through the drive-thru even when I'm the only one in drive-thru. The guy at the window acts as though he'd rather be anywhere else but here. I'm now waiting in the waiting spot yet again and this time he says it's because they just got a large order in... apparently that takes precedence over the fact I've been waiting at the drive-thru for over 20 minutes and still waiting. I thought I'd give them one last shot, but never again. Three strikes you're out.

Found a maggot in my ice after it melted

Nice, helpful folks work here. The only knock I have against it is the location. Wabash Landing just sucks with terrible parking.

Friendly staff, but grounds in my coffee even after (supposedly) a new pot was brewed, the caramel latte tasted like a cup of warm milk, all but one flavor of bagels were out, no utensils seen or offered or put in my takeout bag, sent me to different ends of the counters several times to get my complete order, would have forgotten my bagel had I not checked the bag, (all 3 of them as everything was bagged separately for some reason). It was pretty much a $25.00 disaster from start to finish. Sure wish I had my tip back. Next time, I’ll wait until after I get my order to see if it’s deserving of a tip.

Relatively new Panera location, with plenty of seating and parking. Service was prompt and accurate. Location is right next to the interstate, so it can get busy at times. The self ordering kiosks are the way to go if you haven’t used them before.

The person behind the counter directed me to order electronically then chatted with coworker for a couple of minutes before preparing my drink. 10 minutes and 0 service.

The manager was so professional! He welcomed you with a smile, quick service, and made sure I got everything I needed. I will definitely be back! Not to mention their coffee is my favorite.

I paid $13 for a tiny bowl of food. I went and asked to speak to the manager. He told me “the pictures can be deceiving” and “all of the food is premade and reheated” when someone orders it. While laughing the entire time I was talking to him. This place is a rip off and customer service is abysmal. If I wanted to get reheated food I would’ve just used my microwave at home.

How can Panera be out of bagels???? It was before 9:00 AM on a Friday. No bagels of any kind. Had to pivot and order a sandwich. It was good but much smaller than normal. Not sure if they were trying to conserve bread or what. Overall disappointing.

Eat here if you want basic sandwiches and salads at half the serving size and double the price of anywhere else

They have incredibly unprofessional delivery. They do not have drivers, so they order them from Door Dash. We had a Faculty meeting at 12:00. My order should be delivered at 11:30-11:45, but it arrived at 1:00 pm after everyone left.

Bagels always fresh. Great Hazelnut coffee. What short staff they had were busy and friendly. Tables needed cleaned, and too many flies. Not what it used to be. This was always the go to store. Now I'm afraid it is going down hill. I hope it makes it and doesn't go away like the store on the mall.?
