I visited the store in person, ordered, and waited for more than 30 minutes in the store. I asked the staff because the pizza didn't come out, but they told me to wait without checking the order, so I waited for another 10 minutes but it didn't come out. Another employee came to the counter, so I asked again and my pizza was already out. I'm dissatisfied with the service… Pizza was delicious

I went online to place an order with Papa Johns in West Lafayette, Indiana. I had a coupon that was valid for a large two topping pizza for $9.99. It would not take my promo code when I was online to order. So I called the store and the gentleman that answered said the promo code was invalid. Then he said to hang up and call back and dial one. I said I spent 20 minutes trying to get this pizza with the coupon and I am not going to waste another minute on it. He did not offer me any help me whatsoever!Extremely terrible customer service at the West Lafayette Indiana Papa Johns.This was Friday June 17 at 4:53 pm.
