They've been good to me, but they need to fix their system and Penn station in general. I ordered through Google's system. When I went to the counter, they said that they didn't have my order. I decided to pay for it again at the counter.And they gave me two orders and didn't let give me a refund. absolute scam! I only order through Google because their stupid website store locator doesn't work and I can't order through it. Wasted my money and my lunch time!

Our visit 11/2/23 was a very delightful experience. The 3 gentlemen that were working were very prompt and courteous. They greeted us with smiles and delighted us with some singing while we were eating. Upon leaving they made sure to say “Have a great day”

Ordered two sandwiches and fries to share. One sandwich had barely anything on it, despite paying $4 extra for extra artichokes.The other one was so wet and drippy it soaked the bag and was disgusting and impossible to eat.I filled out the form on the website requesting a refund because we spent over $40 on food we couldn't eat and still haven't heard anything almost a week later. I will definitely not be going back. If you're going to charge $15 for a sandwich, it should at least be edible. This place is a joke.

I do not normally eat Penn Station subs. From this evening's experience, that will probably change. I've never had a bad Penn Station experience, but this one is worth writing! All or the personnel were wonderful. Joseph, the sandwich Chef, was outstanding! My Son had a cheese steak, I the cold Italian sub. What a Sandwich! Not only was the presentation worthy of a commercial, it tasted better than it looked! Definitely, my best Penn Station experience! Thank you, Joseph!
Sadly the last 2 times we have been here the fries have gotten worse and worse. We loved going here now we question it and I doubt I will order the fries again. Soggy and not fresh. Almost raw. Sandwiches are still

I usually get the Philly, and I always recommend the fries. This last time, I got the Chicken Parmesan I recommend that one, as well.
Their cheesesteaks here are really good, and are somewhat reminiscent of those served in Philly, which I sorely miss. Their fries are generally cooked to order and usually great. I've had some stale ones sneak in here and there but not often.

Grabbed lunch to go for a travel day. We got a Rueben sandwich and an Italian sub salad. Both were very good. The salad was very fresh and had plenty of toppings. And the fresh cut French fries were delicious!
