The thorough explanation of procedures I felt very comfort & even confident eating here. The fluffiest & BEST gluten free crust I’ve ever gotten!! AND offering gluten free breadsticks, can’t tell you the last time that’s been possible! Made this celiac gal’s day!!Dietary restrictions: I have celiac disease and this is the most thorough gluten safe procedures I’ve seen at most dining places!

I was very excited to try to this, especially when I saw the vegan options. I ordered the Thai Chile wings, the Nashville hot chicken pizza, and pepperoni bread sticks (all vegan). However, I was very underwhelmed and disappointed with the food. The pizza did not have much sauce (sad because the marinara had amazing flavor) and felt very dry. It was cooked perfectly though with a good crunch to the crust. However, the bread sticks were very doughy and the cheese did not melt at all. I do understand with vegan cheese that it does not melt well, but it looked like it was freshly put on without being baked. The wings were pretty good though, and the Thai Chile had great flavor. I do have to give props to the concepts for the vegan food. Maybe, for the Nashville pizza, possibly like a hot “honey” (agave) drizzle would be great!

I went to order a gluten free pizza. I cannot have gluten because of an allergy. I waited about 30 minutes for my pizza, and opened it up, and looked at the crust and knew it wasn’t gluten free. I was on a time crunch and had already wasted 30 minutes for a pizza I couldn’t even have. It was going to take another 15+ minutes to remake a gluten free pizza, and I don’t know why they made it not gluten free in the first place, because I specifically specifically said i needed it “gluten free”. All I got was a giftcard not even a refund. I was disappointed because this is one of the only places in the area that does gluten free pizzas, don’t think I will ever be coming back.
