As the commercial says, "love that chicken from Popeyes," but man, is it expensive. I hadn't been here in a while and was shocked at how high the prices have gotten. A small drink costs more than $3. I don't think any combo meals are under $10, and a chicken tender family meal is $50. If prices get much higher, they'll have to check your credit before they take your order.

My first and last visit to Popeyes. Did not receive eating utensils, butter or the sauce I asked for. Fries were cold and chicken tenders were 90 percent batter.

Pro tip for the management: making every drive-thru customer wait 30+ minutes per order, disqualifies you from being called FAST food. “Food” might be stretching it too, unless you consider cold chicken appetizing.

Please change the oil. When it was first opened last year, the chicken was super fresh, and I assumed that it was fried with fresh oil. But these days, the quality seems to have dropped due to the long-used oil. My husband after eating these chickens had stomachache. We used to enjoy having dinner here when we craved chicken, but we don’t go to this restaurant anymore.

Love Popeye's food and hadn't experienced a major problem until today. Ordered on the mobile app to be picked up in the drive thru. There was 1 other car in front of me. I got up to the window and they said to pull forward and they'd bring my food "right out". A full 10+ minutes later and they finally bring out my food. I drive home and basically half my order was missing - 20 minutes away. I called and they said "well you can come back and get it if you want". That's it...no apology, no credit back. ZERO.
Very clean dine in area, young man at counter was very nice, went out of his way to bring us our food .. everything was hot and fresh also.

I went through the drive thru to pick up supper on my way home around 8:15 pm. I had looked up on the app what I wanted so I didn't take too much time at the drive thru, but didn't order it on there because last time I tried it wouldn't go through. I ordered exactly what the app says (dinner), but the guy taking the order didn't know what a "dinner" was. He wanted to give me the more expensive meal that includes a drink, which I didn't want. I waited in the drive-thru line probably 10 minutes before he could get someone to help him. Meanwhile the car in the other lane came after me ordered and took off to the window while I was still waiting for the guy to figure out how to ring up my order. When he did finally get someone to come help they asked what I would like, like I had just pulled up for the first time. I had ordered a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich, no pickles, extra mayonnaise. He read it back to me twice. When I got to the window, first he handed me someone else's bag. When a girl inside told him that wasn't mine, he said "well I guess you have 2 bags now" at the same time I stuck it back out the window towards him. He took the bag back (even though I had stuck my hand inside of it because I was getting ready to check & make sure everything was correct). Then I saw him hand it to the girl and from her expression I'm guessing he told her to run it out to the car waiting. She gave him a surprised look and just looked at the bag. He gave me my correct bag and I left so I don't know if they have that car the bag or not. When I got home I didn't have pickles, but I didn't have ANY mayonnaise on it either! The whole experience was frustrating and I probably won't go back there for quite some time.

I’ve been to this establishment 3 times in the past 2 months and all three times something was missing from our meal. A chicken sandwich, chicken strips, another time it was sides….how does someone leave out the main course of an order?!!! 3 missing items in a row! Check your orders before leaving the parking lot!
