Placed a large lunch order online to be delivered the following day. The store was super helpful and very accommodating with all of my questions and requests! Anyone who places large orders knows just how nerve-wracking it can be when using an establishment for the first time...well, no need to fear with Samantha and her team. I ordered take out from here an hour before closing today and they were prioritizing cleaning over taking care of their customers. There were about 5 or 6 of us waiting at the counter with 3 orders ready. When we tried to get their attention because we saw our order and had been waiting for 15 minutes looking at my cold food, they said “we are working on the take out orders can you not”. After they finished cleaning they handed me my food, except by slamming it on the counter along with the person waiting next to me. All that hassle to find out they got both my orders wrong. I won’t be coming back here.

I tried to call corporate today about this because I just got the rudest service from this potbelly’s. There were multiple orders ready and I saw mine. When I tried to get their attention that I’ve been waiting there for ten minutes looking at my order, they looked at me and then just kept on doing what they were doing. This is terrible service and I will not be coming back.
Waited 2 hours for my food just to be told I could apply for a refund. The manager was too scared to tell the crowd of people that they were too backed up. Didn’t get my refund either.

We had them cater a lunch party on the Friday before classes started. The order was correct. Everyone enjoyed the food. The delivery driver was exceptional on making sure she had the right directions and where she could park. And she was about 10 minutes early on an incredibly busy day in the area.
I've lived in large cities for a long time and have never been to a Potbelly. Any other Potbelly I go to will have to live up to this one. Everyone loved what they ordered. My salad was delicious and the employees making the sandwiches are really, really nice. I really appreciate the time they took to understand my picky child and were so friendly to us. We'll definitely be back and I hope the employees tonight know they are really customer service experts.Kid-friendliness: Accommodating to my child's picky tastes
