Honestly if I could give negative stars I would. I placed an order online from across town, only to drive 20 minutes for them to be closed. By the way, apparently they close at 6 on Tuesdays, not 9 like google says.... Now I am out 30 bucks and hungry.... -10 stars....

Place seems to rarely be open, despite being available for ordering on DoorDash and on their website. The last 2 times we tried ordering here, the order gets cancelled after about 10 - 15 minutes because the place is apparently closed during normal business hours.Response to owner: why do you need me to do your job? My comment is right here, you already read it. The time it took you to type that, you could have just submitted the feedback yourself internally. Maybe this is why Sbarro can't stay open. Updated my review to 1 star because it's obvious the mismanagement comes from the top.

I have tried this place multiple times over the past year and it is very inconsistent. You never know if you will actually get your pizza. I ordered online last week, but when I drove in to pick up the pizza, the place was closed. If you can't reliably keep your business open, you should probably just shut it down. I am never going to order another pizza here again.

Had a pizza, breadsticks, and cookie delivered through Door Dash. The pizza was fresh but it tasted like if the pizza at the mall and a frozen pizza had a baby. Incredibly disappointing and not worth the money. Was slightly burnt on the bottom and my breadsticks were burnt. I did not get the marinara that is supposed to come with them. Overall not impressed and won't buy again.

Food is good but that's if they can make it for you when they say they will. I was told it'd be ready in 10 minutes, I gave them 20 and it's still going to be another 10. The employees that they hired really don't care and it shows. All they need is a different crew and maybe they'll start getting some better reviews and possibly even more business
Professionalism, Class, Dedication and the best customer service. That is how I would describe this place and the marathon they share the building with. They were so kind to my fiancée and I and our animal when we got into a car crash nearby. We were able to make it to this place in one piece and we were allowed to sit inside with our cat in her crate while we waited for the tow truck and a ride. They were so caring and nice to us. I have no bad words to say. Thank you all.

Worked here as management, was told I could give away free sample as a promotion by my then GM Heather, who said she had the ok from higher-ups then my GM quit so I had to work extra hard to keep the store open basically by myself, was promised a reward for doing all this, thinking I'm gonna get a nice x mas bonus, instead I got fired for giving away free food at the end of my night so I didn't have to trash it. Something that I had been told higher up though was a great idea and encouraged. I have never received any disciplinary actions before this.

Passing through and thought gas station pizza, "sure why not?"It's completely different than a gas station pizza it's amazing, my son and I wished we'd bought a large instead of slices, we will be back!
