Amazing food and friendly service! The enmoladas (chicken in corn tortillas with mole) was incredible. I've never had mole that tasted so good!! My partner had the empanadas and they were cooked to perfection. Crispy but not greasy. And the sauces were amazing! The red salsa had a really unique smoky flavor. They also had a super cute bar area. I love that Soli's has so many unique Guatemalan dishes and I can't wait to try them all. We'll definitely be back!
