The service sucked because it was shut down and nobody was there to wait on me. If I was a Karen I would still be there waiting to talk to a manager.

The girl who worked at the subway at west side walmart was rude & not friendly at all to me & my sister when we wanted to order food.she made a rude comment stating the lobby was closed but had another customer sitting in the lobby .will never eat at subway again

I just wanted to give the young lady that waited on us the other day a positive review because she was awesome!! Made a great sandwich, extremely friendly.I cant remember her name.It was Shannon or something with a SH.Sorry..... Anyway my daughter and I really appreciated her!!!

Always good food. Friendly employees too. I order lunch here about everyday and they take care of me. I use the ap and they have everything ready when I arrive. Recommend.
If I could give a negative review I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employee working the counter making the sandwiches mocked us the whole time while he was making the sandwiches simply because we ordered online. We were direct by the manager to order online to receive a Buy One Get One deal and when the manager left this young employee was complaining about us the whole time and even called us out in front of the whole restaurant saying that we shouldn't order online when we are sitting there. As we were walking out he shouted "don't come back if you are going to order online again". This employee has no customer service etiquette and has turned us off of going to any subway ever again.

This is the worst subway, went in an looking around for the employee an nowhere in site. He finally came in from out of the Walmart, after couching an washing his hands at the same time, I should have left then, I told him what 6" I wanted he told me we don't have that, man I'm looking at the menu an yes you do, he tells me well we don't call it that an wants to argue with me about the wording of the sandwich, I have watched this man on several occasions go out to smoke come back in not wash his hands an touch the bread. So no I will not go back to this subway.

Dude. This subway sucks. I want to like it so bad because im always near it but i cant. I always ask for a simple 6 inch sandwich and it takes 20 minutes to make. Every time i walk in theres no one there to take my order and i just had to wait 15 minutes for someone to bother to show up. It seems like only teenagers or really young adults work here and they all have a huge attitude problem. Especially when they see that they have a line of people waiting for someone to show up when they finally get there. Its like 4:00 pm... So it's not like they're just now opening the Subway. I dont get it. Anybody wanna help me understand?
