I had the sirloin tacos without the horseradish sauce, had them put on the boom boom sauce, and they were damn good! Even the salsa with the chips was great.

Wow, great specials and friendly staff. We had the tacos and a pizza. Would recommend and touch tunes played the music I like.

Food: Had pan-crusted chicken and broccoli Alfredo. Service: Waited awhile (10 minutes) and the place only had 4 tables occupied. Alcohol prices are not on the menu (surprise!) and server didn't know them. FYI: a zombie dust pint was $8.50, about $1 more than other places. Ambiance: Same tvs as Wolfies. However, I didn't appreciate the soft-medium trash porn on one screen courtesy of E! TV. Not a good way to welcome kids. Will probably try again as the food was good for the price. I'll get my drinks elsewhere.

this place is awful. absolutely no customer service or consideration for others. do NOT waste your time and money here -- if you want people to be rude to you then go to Dick's Last Resort.

Boomerangs menu is very limited. Burgers were ok, but rest of food is subpar. They don’t even have French fries. They have a kids menu, but they season their tater tots with boom boom powder. Prices were decent. They will need to step it up if they want to stay in business. No “hook” to dine there.

Food is not bad. The service left a little to be desired. Our bar tender walks by empty glasses, many times without asking if we wanted anything else.

Just bad. Totally empty on a Saturday night at 8pm. My wife and I went there for snacks after are very rare date night. It took an hour just to get tater tot’s and we were the only ones there. We spoke to the manager twice. Didn’t help. Bad place.

Unfortunately the food is mediocre and the service is really bad. Very slow. When we tried to ask the waiter what was taking so long, she just ran off. Weird.

My friend and my four year old ate at Boomerangs around 7PM on 12/22. The timing is important - The food was fantastic and the service was good. However, the overhead music was playing songs with explicit content and I'm not talking one or two f-Bombs. I don't consider myself a prude by any stretch but when I have a four year old with me, in a FAMILY establishment at a decent hour, I don't want to hear "My d*** is bigger than a bridge, your d*** looks like a little kids" over the speakers. We were told by the waitress that there is a TouchTunes system in place to draw college students in from Purdue and if they pay for a song it plays the explicit version. That would be well and good if Boomerangs was a BAR only OR it was after 10 PM. It was neither.Consider updating your TouchTunes to something less gross for children to hear or set a time when explicit content can be started and families don't have to hear it....Kid-friendliness: Do NOT bring kids here until they have a sound system that doesn't play filth over the loudspeakers. Again, not a prude, but my child doesn't need to hear explicit s** related lyrics in public.

Was a big fan of Wolfies and was excited to hear they were opened back up under a new name. My wife and I came in on a Saturday and were seated immediately and got plenty of attention from the great staff. I had the cheesesteak (which I raved about when they were still wolfies) and the wife got a burger. The food was pretty average. I felt like they took a step down and started using cheaper ingredients. The burger tasted like a cafeteria burger and the cheesesteak meat seemed slightly lower in quality. Very disappointed. We will try again and hope it was an off night!

We went out expecting Wolfie’s, which we really enjoyed and decided to give the rebranded Boomerang’s a chance. Waitstaff was friendly, but sparse. The restaurant was clean, and painted vaguely southwestern colors (although I think Aussie Outback was the idea). The menu is very limited, fairly expensive, finger food (burgers, wraps, tacos & tots). Sides are not included with meals and there were no veggie side options. Additionally, cheese was barely drizzled on things that were meant to be loaded (i/e Dirty Tacos and the Boom Boom burger). The burger was very dry, and tasted like a premade patty. I was not able to eat it. The shrimp tacos were small, but okay. We spent $55 for two..with no sides.I think I prefer nearby fast food to this, unfortunately. I do not think I’ll be going back. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this feedback drives improvement.

Tater Tots? Limited menu mostly burgers and chicken, no fries. I will go back k again though, it was newly rebranded, had lighter color tones than the old establishment, the location is good. Parking is a bit sparse, and there isn’t very good signage, if it’s dark you can miss it. The bartender, Candice, I couldn’t believe the things she said, and how she handled my wife and I. I had difficulty believing she would treat a customer just so…….ridiculously fantabulous!Kid-friendliness: Kids menu items, I didn’t see any kids at the bar, they may need booster seats.

Horrible service, food was “okay”, mixed drink selection is non existent. Claim they have a full bar but they don’t, we weren’t even told it wasn’t Wolfies anymore, until asking about the drink menu, our waiter was missing half the time, we tried to pay and waited for 10 min he never came and got the card so we just left cash. Definitely won’t be returning, this place shouldn’t even be open yet until they get it together IMO.

Not a fan after remodel. Wolfies was great, always. Boomerangs...is not. Ordered boneless wings with sweet chili sauce and the chips and queso. Wings came lightly drizzled in sauce and chips were stale. Waste of $19. Less than half the options for beer and liquor anymore and took away all the good meals. We'll see how long the place lasts now....
