Been coming here for a few years now. Have NEVER had bad service or an error on our order. Custom additions to my meals have also been accurate. Very fast and large portions! Normally get the Hoffinator and it will always be my favorite but was adventurous and decided on the Amendment today. Was pleasantly surprised. The Captain is a solid choice and very flavorful. Mac and Cheese is amazing and the pickled veggies are a must! The pirate theme is niche and the artwork is so detailed. Skip the $30 drive through junk and come here for a legit meal. Afterwards dive into their ice cream shoppe for some over the top creations. This place is doing BBQ and comfort food the right way!
Visited for lunch on a Friday. Line was to the door the entire time. I had the 1834 meal with fries and cole slaw. Everything was great, along with the homemade Ranch and barbecue sauce. This is a must go for BBQ! I absolutely love the brisket and pulled pork. There are many options to choose from. The staff are nice as well. It’s a bit dark inside but that is the usual so it’s hard to wear your sunglasses inside. Also, if there is a line it moves pretty fast.Kid-friendliness: Don’t worry. I never had a bad time with kids.
Always busy, which is a sign of good things coming out of the kitchen. It's a whole vibe where the place is like a living breathing machine. Great food to eat when you spending time with loved ones

Nothing special at all to a true BBQ fanatic. Spicy sauce has no spice, not to mention there's only 2 sauces. So many better BBQ joints around Indy, definitely wouldn't go out of my way for it.

We came here for my son’s 13th birthday to try the bbq & milkshakes and it did not disappoint! We loved the food & atmosphere. I’m vegetarian so I had the veggie bowl which was good. Would be nice if they offered vegan/vegetarian meat substitutes but I was satisfied with the bowl. Thanks for a great experience ❤️
