Biggby Coffee is the neighborhood coffee shop for this Westfield/Carmel community. The shop is trendy serving designer coffees, teas and freezes. They also serve a variety of "Bragel" breakfast items and egg bites. I stopped for a smoothie and bagel. The mango smoothies are made from a frozen mango purée. The smoothie was good. The bagel is fresh, soft and warm - very good. The clerk was friendly and helpful since this was my first visit. They do a robust drive-thru business and will be talking on their headsets while talking to you. Service was quick. The dining area is clean and inviting with tables and comfy chairs. There are a couple chairs outside if you want to sit with Fido or just enjoy the sun. On Tuesdays they currently offer Buy One - Get One for $1 which is a great deal. Parking is tight. The lot was almost full during my visit. The drive through is tight as well. Great place for a quick bite and drink.

The workers there layla and sandra were so nice I felt so welcomed when I arrived. I didn't know what to get since it was my first time so they helped me pick my drink and it was phenomenal I would recommend this place the drink was perfect and the customer service was amazing 10/10!!

This is a hidden gem off 146th st. The coffee and food is great, but the service is what really sells it. It's a chain coffee spot with the local coffee house

Experience love at first sip with Biggby Coffee! Biggby coffee is so delicious and we were so excited to go to Indiana just to get some, only wishing Chicago had Biggby! We got white lightening cold brews and they definitely hit the spot for the road trip back home! The ambience is always so amazing and all the workers at all the locations are so sweet! Truly a great place!

Decent enough to have a coffee and a bagel. They do not have too many options for vegetarian and they are almost out of plant based meat every time we visit them. We always end up eating plain bagel which is expensive. Not a big

I told my wife to order latte for me today while talking on phone by entrance door . They don't want to ask her what she wants. She thought that they serve only by drive through, but there are customers inside Enjoying their coffee.she asked them, if they serve inside and if she can order latte. Finally they served her. We don't know the reason why they don't want be welcoming and we don't want to assume why they act like this. But we respect there implied decision and we will not come back again.

Puke. Nothing but syrup and ice. They're customer service is seriously lacking. Manager is useless and rude. Never again. Starbucks for the win.

The coffee is amazing, every time I’ve gone. However, the donut holes were dry and stale.

Very low level "coffee" and low tier drinks. Food is frozen. Maybe a notch above dunkin, but that means very little. Not good enough to give 2 stars - maybe 1.5.
I bought gift cards for my employees. They like the flavored coffee here. I find it too sweet myself.

I go here every time I'm visiting home!! The honey cinnamon vanilla latte with oat milk is my favorite. I've tried a few others, everything is yummy. I also really like their bagels!! Service is usually pretty quick!

1st time stopping here, was excited to try a new place for coffee. Drive thru was busy, but it was a Saturday morning, that was fine and expected. Staff was slightly impatient with an edge while ordering, but nice at the window. Coffee was decent, pretty average. We got 3 breakfast sandwiches which seemed high quality, was impressed with quality of ingredients. We had to pull ahead and wait at curb for breakfast sandwiches, which was 100% fine and they nicely brought them out to us, but after a long wait all 3 sandwiches (bacon, egg, and cheese) were room temp when we received them. If they'd been warm they would've been great.Overall it was ok, but not sure I'll go out of my way to go back.

My husband and I both got iced avalanches and some donut holes. All was delicious - and the donut holes are toddler approved!
