The sushi is outstanding. I eat sushi once a week and Chiba is now my new goto place for serval reasons. The bar area is in a separate building with a quaint seating area and a great vibe. The owner Keith is very involved with running the business and doing whatever is necessary from making drinks, taking orders and running plates. Keith is very personable and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. I highly recommend Chiba and don't miss the spicy tuna and spicy Salmon. Keith makes a mean Sazerac too. I will definitely be back!

Great Japanese food with Hawaii influences! My son and I were in the area and decided to look for a place to eat on Yelp as it never disappoints on their ratings. Chiba is no exception. The owner was very attentive and friendly. and the ambiance was great. It reminded me of Hawaii where I grew up. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

The service is great, the owners have checked on our meals and service several times. The ambiance whether you're inside the house or outside or in the garage bar is clean, spacious and welcoming and the food and drinks are always wonderful. I recommend trying the salmon dinner. Will be returning soon!

Visited this last time on Mardi Gras and it was fantastic as always. Staff is friendly and helpful. Expensive, but a nice "treat yourself" restaurant. It's even better in the summer with the back area/patio opened up. Fantastic spot to hang with friends. Plenty of menu options as well.
