I ordered ahead and didn't get all of my food. This happened to me twice now. The first time they just opened and didn't have guacamole or cooked veggies. I will not be ordering using the app anymore.

Place was close at 4:23pm in the afternoon. No signs on the door or anything. One of the workers said they are only doing pick up orders. Ridiculous.

I placed an online order for mobile pick up. My time was 6:20 pm. We didn’t get our food until 6:56, and that was after having to walk inside the restaurant to get it. The line outside was 25 cars deep. And when we got home, half of the things I asked for in my bowl were missing. And some of the chips were wet inside the bag. Horrible!!

The employees did everything right and were very hard working, and kind.However, I used this visit to gage how bad Chipotle's shameless price gouging and blatant greed has gotten - I was shocked to pay $17 for a tiny burrito and 4oz of queso. Appalling.Don't bother with Chipotle, people. Moe's and Qdoba are far, far better options.

Waiting in line for 10 minutes so far to pick up an online order. Always unorganized.3/5/2024 Well another disappointing visit to this location. I ordered online and picked up my order to find that it was not what I ordered. I ordered double protein and got a half single order. The rest of the portions are tiny as well. My last order from this location was completely wrong as well. Where is the leadership at this store? I’ve reached out to corporate a half dozen times and nothing changes.

This Chipotle is terrible. Went there tonight and they were out of grilled vegetables. I overlooked that and still ordered. When I got home, I took a few bites of my burrito and swear I bit down on a small piece of glass. It was so crunchy. I got scared, and spit my food right out. I called the number on the receipt and a machine answers and will not let you talk to anyone at the restaurant. I live 25 minutes from this location and do not want to drive back. Tried calling numerous times to let them know about this, worried it was glass in food. No answer and the machine will not let you talk to anyone. Extremely disappointed. I threw my food out and am still hungry.

The Chipotlane is a good idea but I have never had a salad with nearly enough lettuce unless I go in and watch and ask for an appropriate amount. This is why we get bowls when we use the drive thru, but the bowls and burritos are getting increasingly smaller. The chicken is over salted and the fajita veggies are either undercooked or mush. We keep giving it another try every few months and hoping for the best, but this location is on a steady decline.

I started tracking how many times this Chipotle was out of something we wanted and they have been out of one or multiple ingredients 6 out of 8 times. I tried the app for the first time only to find when we got home that we were missing beans rice and Fajita vegetables!!! I never had these problems at other Chipotles so I have to assume that it is a management issue.

Filthy store trash all over the floors and in front of store on patio area and sidewalks. Very small portions like everyone had been told food cost are too high…… queso cheese looked all burnt up nothing looked fresh or appealing. Disappointed but there are other chipotle’s in the area. Just felt very off and nobody really paying attention to customer satisfaction and quality. The people working seemed like nice people. I have been here before and it was good and not this way, with the PSF rents chipotle must be paying on this location I’m surprised they are letting this happen. I wish y’all the best of luck.

Avoid this place unless starvation is your only other option! They don't even deserve the ONE star honestly. Probably the most consistently lousy Chipotle I've been to and that's no exaggeration.

Absolutely love driving 25 minutes to this location only to be told they are not taking orders “in line” but will take your order online. And then have you wait 15 minutes after taking a good 5 to place your order online.
