Used to love Dunkin but this location is awful. Put in our order and waited nearly 10 minutes while everyone behind us got their order. Went up to the counter again and they were out of everything we had ordered despite it all being there when we ordered. Everyone has an attitude on top of that. Not going back here again.

Tried giving this Dunkin location its fair chance as it is the most convenient location to me, however, it gets worse every time I go there. The service is always slow, I have gotten burnt food, the drive through worker has dropped my drink out of the window, forgotten straws, messed up my order(even though I always order on the app to avoid this issue), and the final straw was today when I had a mobile order for a Coffee with cream & got all the way to work when I finally tried my drink and realized they gave me a hot chocolate. Never going there again.

I have order thru the app several times and all for whenever I arrived they never have any hay I ordered, if I go super early they are out of something, and if I go later they run out of something. I personally think that management need to step up, and one order more of the items you are running out of and you you are selling more of one item make more so you don’t run out and you sales will increase.

Quality and service have really declined over the last six months. Staff is slow, rude, and not clean. Phones are being pulled out of wastbands, put back in, and then your food is prepared. Please Dunkin’ get it together at this location!

This Dunkin is the worst in the area. Employees are unprofessional. We were served in the drive thru by someone with their jeans sagging under their behind and wearing a tshirt last time. Today, we were handed our drink and it was literally dripping all over as she handed it to us and then acted surprised when we asked her to remake it. Just awful service. Please get better. Every other Dunkin is amazing when it comes to service.

Once upon a time, this used to be my favorite place, but "not anymore." We went today after a long time, and we ordered a few things, and not even 1 order was right. 1st, my coffee was so bad that there was no sugar, no hazelnut. It was the "worst coffee" of my life. Then I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1st one sausage, egg and cheese. I don't know why my sausage was taken out, and bacon was replaced. And then we ordered an egg and cheese muffin. I don't understand why they added bacon to it when it was not even on the order. I'm really very pissed. I'm not going to go back at all. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

The worst mobile order experience ever. I ordered a simple large black coffee it took them over 25mins at the window of the drive through as 4 people walked by like I wasn't there honking my horn, because the one person that was working the drive through asked me about my order and said the wrong order I tried to yell out my correct order as she closed the window on me and walked away. Finally some came to the window and handed me another wrong order with an attitude saying 5hat they're short staffed I say that's not our fault as a customer and she told me it's not her fault either hahaha do better....

Every employee with their airpods in. Not a single employee can hear you. We waited about 10 mins just to be given attitude and looked at crazy. No one in the drive thru at all. Absolutely no one but us in the store. Safe to say I’m marking this one off my list of stores I visit. Miss attitude pictured here with her headphones ?Also I’d hate to single her out just couldn’t catch the other 2 she was working with. They were both wearing them as well.

Walked in because the drive thru line was around the building, lady working the counter was so rude and would barely speak to you. My food was made and then it took her 15 minutes to give it to me after they put the bag on the line to hand over. Worst dunkin around

This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I placed an on the go order because I wanted it to be quick. When I got there the door was locked and I knocked because the workers were standing right there but nobody acknowledged me. This forced me to go through the drive thru where I proceeded to wait 15 minutes in line. When I finally got my order and drove away I look at the name and they gave me someone else's order. I have been to this Dunkin a handful of times and something always goes wrong. Safe to say, I won't be back.

I used to go here often but the last couple of months it has gone downhill. Today I ordered a large midnight with cream and sugar. Got to the window and she handed me a small cup. I politely said, this isn't my order, and repeated my order. I wasn't rude. I'm very understanding of food service, especially in drive thru as I worked in that same position for years. It can be rough, so I always make sure to not add to any frustrations. The woman took the small drink (it wasn't a small version of my order, it was a completely different drink), poured it into a large cup, then poured hot water on top to fill it up. She handed it to me and I let her know that people can see her through the window. She threw my credit card at me. I just left. My card wasn't charged, so whatever. I won't be going back.

Easily the worst location I've been to. I've given them 4-5 tries and never once had a good experience. Whether there are 3 cars or 10 cars in the drive-thru, plan on losing at least 30 minutes of your life, no matter how simple your order is. Workers here have zero sense of urgency whatsoever. Shut this location down and put something useful in.

I used to come to this location frequently and it was great. But the last several times I have been here have been absolutely horrible. The drive-thru today has taken me 35 minutes so far and I still don't have my coffee... I had to repeat my order 3 times. I will start driving the extra 10 min to Carmel or pay more for Starbucks because this is ridiculous.
