Don't eat here. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal and received 4 chicken nuggets. Asked for two dipping sauces, received zero. No napkins, no forks, no sauce, no honey. They weren't even busy so I can't ignore that.

The cashier was not friendly at all, she did not allow me to see and choose, I was in a hurry. He asked another person to translate because I asked him if the combo I ordered had 2 contours or 1. A stressed person should not be a cashier. delicious and hot food. I would give the cashier a zero rating.

Was not ask if we wanted white meat or dark, we got a leg and thigh, the pieces were very small and the thigh was so fatty I would not eat it.

Most clean KFC I have ever seen, food was hot, and manager was incredibly nice. We went in on NYE and the service was great. I was shocked tbh.
Ordered 20$ worth of food , got told to pull around . Waited out front for 20 mins pulled back around to see other people getting their food . Got told they was out of biscuits . Then came back and said they was still waiting on the fries . All together I ended up waiting 35 mins for 20$ worth of food that was all barely warm . Disappointing for the north side

Chicken is greasy but soft enough i can eat. I have dry mouth syndrome and it Is hard to find soft moiste food.

I went there on my own for a lovely meal and the cashier at the time AJ was very helpful and took my order with no issues and even asked me how my day we most restaurants don't do that. We will definitely come back hope he takes my order it was lovely talking to him.

They don't batter the chicken sufficiently to have the characteristic KFC original recipe "look" and then don't adequately cook the chicken. Save yourself a trip to this hole. There are plenty of other places that actually care about what they serve. This is NOT one of them

This was the second time I ordered from the very new KFC--first I ordered the 4pc extra crispy--it was very dry and tasted like it had been sitting for hours--the second time I ordered on-line --was ready in 5 minutes this should have told me it was sitting for who knows when--ordered the traditional--very dry and tasteless---prices keep going higher and the pieces are getting smaller--very small---the is not like the KFC of old days where the food was fresh and tasty---1*** star rating--will not buy again--the probably not be in business much longer if they keep this up..
