Four of us dined at Nyla's last night and it was fantastic! The wedge salads were very tasty as was the Mushroom Cream Soup (both came with the meal). The two of us that ordered the Chicken Milanese said it was delicious! Another in our party ordered the Bone-In Pork Chop and declared it to be fabulous! (the presentation was beautiful) I had the Sea Bass and it melted in my mouth...so delicious! The cauliflower risotto that came with the dish was such a nice surprise and a wonderful accompaniment to the Sea Bass. Outstanding food, outstanding service and outstanding atmosphere...they have it all!

Went for the first time and WOW! Wonderful meal, wonderful ambience and wonderful service. Luke took care of us by explaining the menu and continuing to check in on us throughout our meal. We look forward to returning.

I made reservations for when they opened at 5pm so we were the first ones there. It is a cool red barn, cute and homey inside however seating is rather compact. Our server was great! Friendly, informative, and helpful. He really made us feel special. He took his time to go over any items we had questions on. For drinks we had the Rum Old Fashion and The Big Apple Tini. Both were good but that old fashion was better so I had that as my second drink. We ordered the Candied Bacon Deviled Eggs for our appetizer which was really good, the candied bacon took it to another level. We also had the wedge salad and I'm glad ordered the Miso Soy Ginger Sea Bass, it was perfect! My friend had the Shrimp and Zucchini Pasta, he said it was good. We ended with a chocolate chip brownie with ice cream. We were so stuffed. Everything turned out great. This is a nice place to go for special occasions. I just wish it was bigger. Things to take note of: This location is only for 21 yrs and older. Parking is very challenging but they do have valet.

This was our first visit. I have nothing but good things to say. Everything was fantastic. Food: The menu is well designed with lots of care given to flavor pairings and combinations. My ribeye was cooked perfectly, but the undisputed star of this show was the mushroom soup. I don't want to get too emotional, but it was life changing. Service: Our server's name was Luke, and he did an outstanding job explaining the menu and kept us well supplied all night with drinks and food. Ambiance: They have taken the big red barn on Park Street and fixed it up nicely inside. It's somewhat upscale, but intimate. I was a big fan of the former restaurant in this building (Rail Epicurean), so I'm glad Nyla's has done justice to this space. They already seem to have earned a cult following in Westfield, so I think this will be a keeper.

Most amazing mushroom soup of my life! I wish they'd listed how much pepper was on the steak, like lots of peppercorns and it was overwhelming and I'm not pepper person. If they'd had that detailed in the menu, I would have gotten a different meal. Either way, the soup was so good, they still get a 5/5!

The food and service were very good. They need to do something about the parking situation. Valet parking at $10.00 is extremely high. Especially when you are spending $$$ in their restaurant.

Crab stuffed mushrooms were a delicious starter. It's fairly small inside with some tables pretty close to each other. Service was good and our server was knowledgeable about all the offerings we were interested in. We had the pork chop and lamb chops with sides of jalapeno creamed corn and cauliflower risotto. The starter wedge salad was fantastic. Will definitely return to try other items from the menu.Parking: Valet is really your only reasonable option during peak times.

Nyla's provides a fine experience from beginning to end. The atmosphere is quiet. Even with a full house, you can still hear the playlist. The service was extremely attentive without being annoying. The food portions were plentiful and it was all delicious. The cocktails were fantastic as well. I would return again for a special occasion

If you're looking to get red wine dumped all over you and have the manager with no social skills apologize and walk away, then this is the place! My clothes, skin & hair were stained yet there was no offer to pay for cleaning or anything else. My evening with friends was ruined but at least I got a lame, "We're sorry". Insert eye roll here. Edit: apparently my friends got a free appetizer after I left to wash the red wine out of my hair. I learned about this days later. So thank you for that. I was there for about 15 minutes total so charging me $10 for parking + tip after what happened would have been out of line. Honestly valet parking with a $10 charge is kind of out of line. It should be tips only.

Luke was a great server. He was well versed on all the dishes. The food was delicious. We enjoyed the sea bass and mahi mahi daily special. Pleasantly surprised the wine menu was broader than listed on the website. The general manager also stopped by to be sure we were enjoying ourselves. We look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful dinner at Nyla's this evening. My husband enjoyed the outstanding fried chicken and my New York strip with Potatoes Au Gratin was delicious. The cornbread with a whipped honey butter was amazing. Each meal was served with either a wedge salad or cup of yummy cream of mushroom soup. Service was top notch and the setting cozy and inviting. So looking forward to our next visit and plan to bring friends and family soon.

Chose to celebrate my birthday here. Great choice! Lavender Margaritas wasvery tasty! Started with and appetizer (Stuffed mushrooms). Our server was HOGAN !! He is really amazing, honest, patient, top tier customer service! If you've never been try it, oh yes and you must valet park!

We went to Nyla's tonight and I must want to say from beginning to end it was probably, without a doubt, the most delicious meal I have ever had in a restaurant. And the service was impeccable-I mean impeccable !!! Hogan was our server. I had fresh mahi mahi, sautéed with salt and pepper with a superb lemon dill cream sauce. By far the best cooked fish I have ever eaten. Served on a bed of fingerling potatoes, spinach, leeks and mushrooms. Oh my. So good. Friend had the blackened salmon, again supremely tender and beautifully cooked. 5 large sautéed asparagus spears with other veg (read menu). Mahi was a one and done special. Appetizer was tri tip slices -exquisitely tender and seasoned-with a Gorgonzola fondue, pickled onions, and micro greens with a beautiful crusty sliced and minimally toasted bread. We kept hitting our heads with our hands it was so amazing. Did not want that to end!! Cocktails were delicious. Cannot recommend this place too highly. We both cleaned every plate. Lovely lovely experience all around-can't wait to go back.

Very nice ambiance. I like what they did by converting an old barn into a restaurant. They have a nice bar/cocktail selection. The menu seems to offer a wide variety of options. Having said that, both my wife's and my meals were way over salted, which to me is a sign of an inferior chef. Overall, the dinner was way over priced for what we got. We will give it some time and then try it again since there are several other options on the menu to try as I previously mentioned.
