I must say that this location is stellar! I choose Pizza Hut (carry-out) in Westfield frequently due to the fact that they are 100% dependable and consistent. I never have to wait for my order once I arrive, the staff members are so courteous, and I always receive 100% accuracy and quality. This is much appreciated!

We used to order from here all the time when we lived in Westfield. We're back in town this weekend for a funeral and my son is having a rough time. He's 12, a great kid, but has ASD and so dinners can be tricky. I put in an order for pizza for my wife to pick up on her way home from work. She got there when the app said the order was ready, but either it wasn't or it had been sitting ever since I placed the order. She saw the employee check a box and say to another employee "maybe it's still good," then he told my wife that it would be "a few more minutes." It was almost 15 minutes, so I suspect they had to remake it.Like I said, our son is ASD and has to have pizza cut into squares. This was put in the original order. I emphasized it. When my wife got home, we opened the pizza and saw that it was sliced normally, not into squares. Night ruined.

Ordered delivery. 9 items - wings, fries, personal pizzas, dessert, and salad. Placed on porch, o ly item in a bag was the salad. All of the other items were spread over the porch. Total disaster. Had to find a box to gather it all. Why not put all of it in bags.

I love Pizza Hut. You want to know what the 80s taste like? Walla! Supreme pan at Pizza Hut. Not to mention this one in Westfield has a drive through, people working are super nice… so that’s pretty awesome!! Especially if you don’t want to wait for the pizza dude.

This Pizza Hut location knocks it out of the park every single time! All of the pizza places in Westfield couldn't hold a candle to the quality and service of this Pizza Hut location. The pizzas are always hot and fresh and the wings are always spot on. We order from this location often and have always been very happy. Keep up the great work!

Hello? Hello?Instead of placing an order online, we decided to dine in. When we walked in, there were five workers busily filling orders.We waited for a break in the action so we could order and enjoy a hot pizza. We waited some more. Four of the five workers looked at us during our stay.Maybe it was the Pizza Hut library because no one said a word - not even to us. It was eerily quiet.We waited some more as they now walked by without acknowledging us. After 4-5 minutes of being invisible, we silently left the Pizza Hut library. We went next door to Marcos and were treated to quality service.PS: We can afford to dine out if the previous reviewer sees this.

We order from this location quite frequently. However, we recently needed a special order for my daughter's bday party. I called a couple days ahead of time bc I had no idea how many pizzas to order and spoke with the manager Craig. He was super helpful and friendly. I decided the following day to go in person to place the order. Craig was there and remembered our conversation. He again, was very nice, and helpful and I was thrilled with the accommodations. On the day of the party, Craig called ahead of time to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy the pizza at our event that evening. I normally don't write reviews, but I was very impressed with Craig's attention and efforts to help me. A lot of times nowadays, customer service is lacking. I just want it to be known that Craig did a wonderful job and I will continue to bring my business to this location!!

Eventually, I placed it with payment another way.My melt was delicious, but the ordering process and their reward system/program need much improvement.Although the staff already seemed frustrated and instead of napkins being accessible to customers, I had to ask for a few so I could eat my takeout in my car.

i literally just called to try and make a delivery order and the person taking orders is very rude! i asked for a side of banana peppers and his response was "I'm going to put it in the computer as a side of ranch bit i don't know if you're going to get them". he acted like it was a problem i was getting it for delivery!
