Great place if you want to be up all night long on the toilet. Food was bland and the salsa was spicy tomato paste. And got the wife a pina colada $15.00 really?? We wont be coming back EVER We do not normally post reviews like this but this time was really not good.

Boyfriend and I had a reservation for 7:45pm at the restaurant. We decided to bicycle down there and needed up being 15 minutes late. The hostess greeted us and asked if we had a reservation. I apologized to her, and she had no problem seating us on the patio. Service was absolutely wonderful. They had a small sign made for the table with my last name on it that was placed near the center. I thought that was a very neat touch to a reservation.I had the bean and cheese burrito, it’s basic and flavorful. Habanero’s was lacking an alcarte option some other Mexican restaurants have, but their choices are solid. My boyfriend had the quesadilla Monterrey. I make some pretty good quesadillas at home and normally don’t order them because some are lack luster, his quesadillas were absolutely delicious!Another note is left the restaurant and forgot my bag. I called the restaurant and the bartender answered. I told him I forgot my backpack and they easily found it. I rode my bike back to the restaurant and everyone was extra friendly in returning my bag. I plan on returning.

You go places for the food. Look I love some authentic Mexican food. Man what we ordered Chipotle could have made 10 times better. This is a place I definitely could have made at home. So many people eating there with so many good reviews. It was overpriced for the quality for sure. Like you there to pay for the decorations. The server did well and food came out fast was the plus side. I go places for the food. Rice had absolutely no flavor. Veggies were cut by a 6th grader. Little Chicken, plate sizes for price was a joke compared to others. I didn't get any alcohol drinks. They looked good. The bar looked good also. Perhaps a good place for drinks. Nice looking place with cool music, but food was average make at home type. Oh yeah we ordered Chicken Nachos and Chicken Fajita Bowl.

What an awesome vibe, food and drink menu, and service! First time visiting Red habanero and it blew us away. The music was perfect, the decor is super. We stayed for a while and chatted. The owner RAUL was SUPER attentive to our party of 8.The food was really good. From the crunchy chips the salsa, queso, guacamole to the main entree the chef special, and tacos. The cazuela and the margaritas were really good and refreshingIt's a great spot in that you could easily drive by and wonder what it's like inside. Stop and check it out!

Food was great. Service? Not so much. We sat in the front left corner where no one can see you with the tall back booths. From ordering to drink refills to getting our check was not great.

The Carne Asada was spectacular! Grilled cactus, grilled queso fresco and onion with a jalapeno. On top of a flavorful, tender steak. Very impressed. The service was on point. We also had the cilanteo cream enchiladas served with black beans and rice. Every bite was authentic and delicious.

We were looking for some place new and came across Red Habanero in a Google search. Decor was beautiful. I love restaurants with fountains in the dining room. Unfortunately, we weren't seated by it. Shame. Menu was pretty extensive, made it hard to choose. I loved the multi-color tortilla chips served with salsa. Just a nice little touch. Ordered Chicken enchiladas (don't remember what it was called on the menu). Everything was delicious as far as flavor but the chicken was so tough it wasn't enjoyable. It was really too bad because the queso and rice and seasonings were great. It was just too tough to really enjoy. So, overall very nice place but I'd order something else next time. Recommended.

The tequila selection here is above and beyond amazing. There's so many great bottles above the bar. We went during the off hours, 3-4PM, bartender took great care of us.

Good margaritas but worst food we've ever had. Chicken chimichangas were awful. Tasteless and filled with shredded cheese that didn't even melt. Chicken even tasted raw but had grill marks on it. My husband could not even cut through his cheese enchilada with a knife, probably because it was scrorched in the microwave and smothered in disgusting queso (which he didn't realize before ordering). What happened to enchilada sauce? How exactly is cheese in a tortilla with queso on top an enchilada? We definitely won't be back, which is sad because we liked red habanero years ago!

Really great food at a really good price. There are just so many things on the menu I love it's hard to pick. The servers are always very friendly.

Not the best experience. Ordered pick up on line and was given chicken fajitas with no tortillas. Might get by without the tortillas but can't turn chicken into the steak that was ordered. The quality of salsa was really bad. Must have come from a can.

They changed extra for shredded cheddar cheese on my fajitas. Talk about a joke. Ordered to go and didn't get my basic recipe iteam then went back to get it and then they gave me an extra free watery salsa and no chips ? thanks for compensating the drive back.

Food was ok but your price for a house Margarita was $15.00. Had we known that we would never had ordered. We have never paid that for a “house “ margarita ever. Not very happy about that exorbitant price.Ed Crispin
