My food was amazing! I got egg bites and a pumpkin spice latte iced, the service was very nice and welcoming. The whole ambiance of this Starbucks is willing to make it a peaceful coffee/food destination.
I've been to this Starbucks several times. So far the employees have all been awesome. But today I had the displeasure of having Heather take my order. I found her lacking in customer service skills and frankly humility. I didn't hear one thing she said, and she was kinda rude about it which I was a little shocked at, given how loud and busy it was in the store at the time. I recommend you spend some time educating her about how "the customer is always right" and how to act professionally....read full review

My drink tasted GREAT. We ordered ahead, but when I took my sister in to go to the bathroom, one of the workers started staring at me. Very odd. Otherwise, great place and would recommend (Bathrooms are somewhat dirty though).
