We first moved here. We would go here often but lately they’ve been understaffed and they been getting our orders wrong the last time we got our order wrong the person in drive-through respond by stating we’re short staffed, which to me is no excuse for getting something wrong, but while I do have empathy, I can also candidly conclude the quality of service and subsequently the food has not been as good as when we first start going here
I got a wrap and it was ok. Nothing special for the price. The smoothie I got was tasty but not well blended so chucks of ice made it hard to drink. I chalk that up to the blenders though, I don't think it was the servers fault. Service was, honestly, terrible. I used to work in food service and can be very forgiving. When there is no one in a restaurant and you're sitting in the back talking for 15 minutes while a customer is upfront to pick up their food....that's a problem....read full review

Pulled up to the drive through at 5:20 to pick up an online order. They told me the drive through was closed and to come inside. Took forever to get food/smoothies. Likely due to all the girls working standing around gossiping about coworkers that aren’t on their current shift. Half my order has been done since walking in, and 25 minutes later finally got my food. All cold by the way.
