One other group in there (4-top) and we were ignored for 15 minutes. Dirty tables everywhere but the staff had no problem chatting it up with the other table and repeatedly walking right by us.We left & took our business elsewhere (went to West Fork and had a great early dinner). I’m glad the Broad Ripple location isn’t like this one.

We arrived Sat afternoon, parked in the back, and were able to seat ourselves. We were given menus and flatware promptly. They had a few high chairs and by the time we left, all were in use! All sorts of families were there! We got the 6 nation breakfast and English breakfast. Both were delicious! Our drinks never ran out. Everyone from the wait staff to the other customers were very patient with our excitable daughter. (She gives her compliments to the bean chef.) She loved the food too. This was our first time there and we will definitely be back. It's nice that there are different seating areas depending on your vibe.

Bar that has vegan options!Was told that the bartender is vegan so that likely accounts for some of the quality of the options. At the end of the day it's bar food, but it's nice to have a mixture of options to cater to different dietary preferences.The atmosphere was great, our server was helpful in making a few decisions, plus they have trivia on Tuesday nights which was a fun surprise!

Went to have pizza & cocktails after a Jams at the Junction concert. Unfortunately the pizza was forgettable at best. The service, well that was forgettable too. We ordered the Margherita pizza with thin crust. And we were given the Margherita pizza with original crust. Don’t even bother asking them to correct the issue because the wait staff couldn’t care less. It was clear they had no interest in being there.

Union Jack is a little hidden gem in westfield. TJ made a little stop into a great time and mixed in some history of westfield. The food is great and we plan to stop in whenever we're in westfield.

Wings were OK, Beer was great. Service was indifferent, lacked personality. Nice English Pub vibe. The tenderloin was just burnt breading. My hamburger was spoiled, the bartender couldn't care less . Called later in the week after sharing my experience with dozens, the manager refunded our meal. I little to late for us to return, sorry.
